Absolutely in love with our new ensuite from Bathstation.
From start to finish we had incredible service from the whole team.
Luke was so knowledgeable, very down to earth and friendly. He helped guide us through the whole process, choosing the right bathroom for us. He was able to answer every question we had and was always at the end of the phone if we needed him for any advice.

Craig from Proper Bathrooms was recommended by Luke and was amazing! Fitting everything for us, including creating a larger shower cubicle out of such a small area. He worked extremely hard to finish the project in such a short time and finished everything to perfection.

Callum from MCG Electrical was also great, completing the final touches we needed with everything electrical.

I can't praise the whole team highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely incredible, I could not believe the difference. We were supplied an amazing bathroom by Luke, such an easy stress free experience. Craig later installed our main bathroom and cloakroom and it is immaculate! Both fantastic at what they do and would recommend them over and over again.

We have just completed a new bathroom fitting, courtesy of Bathstation St Austell. We went to their showroom in Bugle, met Luke Perry who showed us all the options and then followed up with a house visit to see the bathroom. He sent us CAD designs the next day which we followed up with another visit to their showroom to make some minor alterations and select the equipment and materials. Luke then arranged for Craig Wykes, one of their top fitters to visit us. Craig confirmed the practicality of the design and we agreed a price and date for the work to start. Craig has just finished the work in under a week and we are delighted with the result, everything we were looking for and more.
All in all, a thoroughly good outcome - we thoroughly recommend Bathstation and Craig Wykes.

I think I went to every bathroom store in Cornwall and none of offered a service like these guys. They carried out a home visit, which I was so happy about because I didn’t need to measure anything. The guys took so much time over perfecting my design and ensuring that I was happy with everything. Some equipment arrived and was incorrect, the team made sure it was immediately resolved. I’ve never known communication quite like it, really makes you feel at ease. The best part was they made life easy by providing me with everything all in one place, so no running around. They were the cheapest around and quality was never compromised. Overall, I’ve had an incredible service and would always go back to there guys 😊

We can't fully express our thanks to Luke and Chris at Bathstation for all their help and professionalism. Luke came to quote, after we'd been let down month after month, so badly, by numerous local traders, including a local showroom company. We were totally disheartened.
Luke turned up on time. Quoted so quickly. Set about contacting some recommended contractors he's worked with. He listened to the bathroom styling I wanted and offered a range of products/prices.
Both Luke & Chris were an absolute joy to work with. Both Bathstation and the trades we used have restored our faith that reliable companies DO exist.
Our beautiful bathroom is almost finished. It's amazing. All I envisaged and more.
Only problem is, I now don't want to use it - ever!! Keeping it sparkly & new. 🙂

Bathstation was recommended to me by a friend. Best recommendation ever! I’m delighted with my new bathroom. Such a transformation!
From start to finish the whole process, from the initial contact with Luke, the planning and installation took 4 weeks. Luke listened and made suggestions that were exactly what I needed. It was lovely not to have to worry about measurements and looking for the bathroom fittings. Luke came to my home, designed and drew up plans. No hassle for me and not at all stressful. Timescales were kept to and Luke always kept me up to date by email or phone.
The showroom is well set out, customer service excellent ( great hot chocolate too!) and lots of choices of quality fittings to look at.
Craig(Proper Bathrooms) was brilliant in fitting the bathroom, as was Callum ( MCG Electrical) who sorted all the lighting and towel rail. Steve Knowles ( Painter and decorator) to finish off by decorating so that my new bathroom isn’t covered in splashed paint! Great team of people who coordinated with each other. I’ll be leaving recommendations for all the team.
I highly recommend Bathstation.
