Very competitive pricing. Needed to change my order. This was done quickly, easily and without fuss despite the fact the original order was already prepared for delivery.
Later I realised I hadn't had an updated invoice for my guarantee. One email request and the new invoice was in my inbox.

Jacob worked with us over a number of sessions to get the design just right, he was a pleasure to deal with and the end result was almost identifcal to the design on the VR viewer. Highly recommend using bathroomsbydesign they were really professional.

Please check low reviews on Trustpilot - we have had the exact same experience as others with items being delivered in dribs and drabs over months, very hard to track what has and hasn't been delivered, incorrect items arriving, some items coming with missing parts. At one point they accused our builder of stealing something and having CCTV footage, before eventually admitting they were mistaken. Just a terrible aftersales experience, and hours of my life spent on the phone trying to sort out issues. Order placed in July and wasn't all finalised until end November.

I received phenomenal customer service from James. He suggested an improved product at the same price when the one I wanted was out of stock; queried differences in specification with the manufacturer on my behalf; sent a second shipment as soon as it became apparent that UPS misplaced the first (nothing to do with BathroomsByDesign, but he ensured that it didn't become my problem); and communicated promptly and professionally throughout. My order was placed during a stock take, and I understand that the deliveries team also went out of their way to ensure that I received everything on time - thank you Paul.

It's clear that the staff take pride in their work. I wish I had found BathroomsByDesign at the start of my project, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had a bathroom and en suite designed by Jacob from the Brentford Store and it was by far the best design and experience we got from the companies we contacted. He knew what we were looking for, even when we couldn't explain it well ourselves. The price for the items was very reasonable and cheaper than we had found elsewhere. The company and Jacob have been great in keeping us updated with parts of our orders and have dealt with and rectified and issues we had along the way. Would definitely recommend and we would use them again if we have another bathroom project. Thank you!

I honestly can't fault my experience with Bathrooms By Design, it all started when I messaged online and spoke to a real person which assisted me throughout the process

When I went into the Brentford showroom, I was amazed at the quality of displays which helped me no end in designing my bathroom.

They created such a bespoke design using VR software which really helped me visualizer the creation. I can't recommend them enough, I want to get another bathroom so I can use them again!
