Great company! I had a small issue with a sink that arrived broken on delivery. However a phone call to the Bathrooms&More team resolved it with a replacement on its way within 24hrs. I would definitely recommend this business.

Right from our initial order of a bathroom vanity unit we felt that this was the best place to buy from. After initial order we shortly received a phone call advising us that the unit was damaged so would we like to order a different unit
We did and the 2nd choice of unit was £50 cheaper, bonus.Delivery day came in a timely manner but the vanity unit shelf was damaged in transit.
A quick phone call and a replacement shelf was delivered the very next day as promised.
These lads Carl and his crew went above and beyond. Keep up the good work guys as we would recommend you all day long.

Great quality and value product, delivered quickly. Product on its own warrants the 5 star review plus another 5 star review for the customer service.
There was a very slight problem with the product but the way they quickly dealt with it could not be faulted. In many respects I think this is more important than the product itself.

The laundry box is wonderful.

It has taken 6 days since order and still no delivery date! Looks like DHL have lost my item.

1 message to say "your order has finished prosessing". What does that really mean?

At least the item is better than the communications!

We called a head to arrange a visit, to see and choose a marble unit top as well as choose a marble bowl. The very friendly chap agreed and was very obliging - we arrived to find 6 marble tops out to choose (we could have seen more if we'd wanted) we spotted a perfect one. Then we moved on to bowls - again many were unpacked for us to view, no rush just wanting us to find the unique one that suited. Advice was given on how to treat the porous marble.
We would highly recommend. In fact all the marble tops& bowls were lovely but if your a bit fussy like us (!) it was fantastic to be able to choose.

Would give 0 stars if possible. There is clearly no quality control when items leave the warehouse of Bathrooms and More Store. Spent over £2000 on two vanity units and marble tops. One marble top has deep scratches in it. One vanity unit has deep knot holes in it that have been filled and painted over. Both units are very badly joined and the panels are loose within the frame. The company refuse to replace as we didn’t make them aware within 24 hours! We feel really upset as this company have taken us for fools and palmed us off with bodge jobs for a premium price. Avoid at all costs.
