From planning, advice, and design to completion of the works, our existing bathroom and new en-suite was renovated to an exceptionally high standard.
Initial meeting with Jon was made up of a home visit, then another in the showroom. His advice and knowledge was invaluable, and he created a wonderful bathroom and a new space for an en-suite.
Installation was done by experienced fitters, plumbers, electricians, and tilers. All of whom respected our property and maintained, as best they could, a clean house.
Everyone's work was done to a very high standard and we were always kept informed as to the progress of works. Any questions were answered honestly and with clarity. All of the workers were polite and friendly.
A mention must go to Gareth, who managed the installation throughout with professionalism, ably assisted by Chloe and Rossi. They made a great team.
I can not recommend this company highly enough. Thank you all.

Cannot fault this team! Jon was really helpful and patient with us whilst we made decisions about our new bathroom. He was very transparent about costs and possible complications. The builders were so lovely, extremely clean and trustworthy. Jordan in particular was fab - he managed to solve every small problem and communicated really well with us about progress. The team made sure we were really happy with the result before final payment. Would highly recommend! We love our new bathroom!

We have had one ensuite remodelled and a bath replaced with a shower in another property. A very professional service from initial contact through to finish. They considered our requests, suggested designs and limitations but never tried to up-sell leaving us comfortable and confident to proceed. Quotes were offered in good time and willingly adjusted as requested with alternative fittings/fixtures.
Floors were protected when work started and the area left clean on completion. The standard of tiling is outstanding and overall finish to a very high standard.
Not the cheapest but I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

We contracted with Bathrooms and Kitchens to have a kitchen and diner refurbishment which included removal of a wall between our separate kitchen and dining room. We were introduced to Laura, their in house designer who discussed in detail our requirements and who produced a detailed design for our project along with itemised costings. We were very happy with the design and price and proceeded with the project, there was at no time any pressure selling. The project commenced on time and finished as scheduled. As ever with these project unforseen issues do arise, these were dealt with effectively and the end result has surpassed our expectations. We have also had some minor snagging issues after completion and payment and these have all been quickly rectified I would not hesitate to recommend them for a kitchen refurbishment and am happy to be contacted should you wish any further detail.

After the superb bathroom that Jon and his team fitted for us during covid, there was no possibility that I would have looked anywhere else when it came to having a new kitchen this year., but to Bathrooms & Kitchens, Whitley Bay. The installation was expertly managed by Gordon, for whom nothing was a trouble. Everything went smoothly and work was once again to a very high standard. With thanks to all the team (too many to mention by name)including Richie for his painstaking work and his willingness to consult us about all the finer details. If you think about getting a new bathroom we would highly recommend Bathrooms and Kitchens Whitley Bay! The Service was absolutely outstanding. Jon came to our house for an initial visit and speak to us about what’s possible. After receiving a first quote we met Jon at the Show room to speak about it in more detail and make our design choices. Jon was absolutely great throughout this process and so helpful. The team that came to work on our bathroom was so friendly and professional, the guys absolutely went out of their way to make everything perfect for us and paid great attention to detail and perfection which led to an absolute flawless finish! We are so happy with our new bathroom and could not recommend Bathrooms and Kitchens Whitley Bay more!

I can’t speak highly enough of Jon and the whole team! They have recently fitted a new bathroom for me and it is absolutely fab! They came up with a brilliant design and were helpful and patient in helping me to choose tiles, flooring and the bathroom suite. They project managed the whole thing so I didn’t have to organise anything and when it came to fitting the new bathroom the team were brilliant, real attention to detail and tidied up at the end of every day. Their after care customer service has been just as good, going above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with every aspect down to the smallest detail. I would recommend them to anyone!

The whole experience from Planning to installation has been a pleasure
We were given multiple choices which would suit the available space
The plan and estimate was easy to understand
The bathroom fitters were extremely polite and tidied up all the waste daily
They kept asking us for our input as the job progressed and checked that we were satisfied at every stage
James who managed the job site was a credit to his Company as he was receptive to my ideas and made sure they were delivered
They even vacumed my carpet before they left
I would recommend this Company to anyone who wants a quality service
