The experience of the conversion of our bathroom into a shower room was brilliant! Not knowing what was available and what the quality of the fitting were like, we visited Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire and was met with a really helpful guy called Paul. Paul gave us some ideas and did not pressurise us at all. He genuinely wanted to help us make the right choices and the correct solution. In total, we make three trips to the showroom, scrutinising the 3D plan Paul had prepared for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Paul. We made a final decision on all the products (all with long guarantees and placed the order). Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire offered to deliver in two trips which was very helpful as I had no where to store anything. The delivery guy was very helpful too. The shower room was fitted by an independent fitter and he matched the quality of the products supplied (please see photographs). I was 'blown away' with the resulting high quality shower room.
After the shower room had been completed, I rang Paul to thank him for his support and help he gave us. I also mentions that we had a surplus panel of which the fitter didn't use. Paul instantly offered a refund for this component.
It is refreshing to experience this 'world class' service and I would highly recommend a visit to Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire.

I recently purchased a shower grab rail for my mother, however it didn't come with the correct fittings. I reached out to Bathroom Yorkshire Direct, spoke to a lovely gentleman and he contacted the company on my behalf. They promptly sent out another grab rail within 3 days and complete with all the necessary fittings! When I tried to return the first grab rail, I was told I could keep it. The service from Bathroom Yorkshire was fantastic, and I would 100% recommend them. Thank you so so much! From a very happy customer 😃

I ordered the Waters 1590mm free standing shower bath & folding shower screen. From start to finish the service has been excellent. Each time I had a query my call was answered straight away by someone helpful & knowledgeable. I'd ordered a part I didn't need & they contacted me to let me know & arrange a refund. Delivery was on time from a very courteous chap. I can't praise this company enough & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I can’t recommend this company enough. They supplied the majority of items for our bathroom refurbishment and were the best prices for the Merlyn and Villeroy & Boch products we wanted. Usually you find that the lowest prices come from companies that quote a great price, take your money; then can’t actually fulfil the order and take ages to process your refund. Not only was the price the best, but the service was excellent. It was great to be able to speak to Ben, who was knowledgable and helped us with any questions we had. The best thing was actually being able to speak to someone by telephone without any of the hour long wait or email only contact like many other companies. If you want a great deal, personal service and hassle free supply, use this company.

5 stars is not enough for this level of customer service. Paul went above and beyond to source us the last remaining cabinet of it's kind in the UK - 2 weeks before Christmas. Other competitors said we were looking at a delivery time of 4-6 weeks - Paul arranged this within 1. Not only were Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire one of the most reasonably priced companies we looked at, they were also the only company (out of the other 6 we contacted) who picked up the phone. We spoke at least 10 times over the course of a day. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Paul and all the team. I will be singing your praises to everyone I know!

After being pestered to make full payment prior to goods actually being delivered into the store, I'm now waiting months for my goods to arrive, I'm now with no sink top which was ordered incorrectly and no shower with no delivery date being given!

It's very difficult if not impossible to get calls returned even when promised someone will call you back straight away!

Please address these issues management?

I would like to add to this review, it's now been a further 3 months and I'm still waiting for lost parts to arrive and a promised sink unit replacement as the furniture was not compatible with the sink supplied.
