Prompt and helpful advice given by Byron regarding a replacement toilet seat for our Roca toilet. The replacement was easy to order online and the delivery was very quick and I was provided with the delivery status etc. Overall I’m very impressed with this company.

I ordered two items in this shop, of which one of them arrived without some parts. Since December I am still waiting from them to send me the missing parts. I asked to return the item and receive a new one, they refused. As today I need to pay additional money and order the missing parts from another shop.

Ordered and paid for a toilet. They never had it in stock to start with but still took the money and sent out a totally different toilet pan without the cistern which was on the order. Phoned to report incorrect item and chase up where the cistern is only to be told that it wasn't in stock and they didn't have a expected delivery date. I now have to wait between 3-5 working days for a refund, once they have the incorrect pan sent back to them. This will be the first and last time i buy from this company.
