Ordered a full replacement shower cubicle including fittings and sealants and Pvc wall panels and shower tray. Mo and his team arranged and delivered everything on time and the fitting went ahead no problems. The prices are far cheaper then the 2 main DIY stores and just the same quality. I do recommend you check this company first before any other.

Impossible customer service! Emailed 4 times to tell them my bathroom radiator was chipped when delivered…. Nothing…. Click on the customer service link and it’s a dead link - a bit like their customer service! Non existent. Oh well they won’t be getting anymore orders from me.

Avoid buying from this company, the traditional TRV valves are poorly manufactured and do not close fully.

Very poor customer service/refund policy is non existent. Claimed returned items did not arrive when proof of postage was sent back to the supplier weeks prior to order.. The actual quality of the radiators i ordered were excellent (love them!) - just really disappointed with still not receiving my refund despite their policy stating a 5-7 day refund over 3 weeks have passed and still no refund or acknowledgement of returns being received.. Even after providing tracking and returns signatory confirmation to this company.. Pity their returns and customer service has let the quality of the actual products down..

Still waiting for my refund for my x5 valves I returned back to this company!!.. I have even escalated this further!!..

Lamentable at best! Whoever is in charge of selecting their delivery couriers needs firing. They use a company called Tufnells Courier Service. Google them, they have a long list of 1 star reviews. They felt it was sensible to put a 65kg tall radiator in a van driven by a single lady with bad knees. How was she ever going to lift that? She wasn't, so me the customer had to do it. She then dropped it on my toe. When i complained to the retailer, firstly i was told it was not their problem as they don't do delivery themselves and was then eventually called back two days later ( after chasing twice) by the lady driver who was being instructed in the background by her husband to lie and say it never happened. If this was my company, i would change courier company with immediate effect. Be warned- They will drag your reputation down to their
abhorrent levels in no time at all!

A nice modern radiator /towel rail supplied at a good price. Delivery stated as next day but took 3 days, not a major issue as delivery was free. Came well packaged with all necessary fittings and instructions. Now fitted it looks good and works very well. Would definitely consider bathroom takeaway for any future purchases.

DO NOT BUY ANT PRODUCTS FROM HERE!!

I purchased £400.00 worth of products from Bathroom Takeaway, and what can I say the services I've received is absolutely disgusting to say the least.

One of the products (vanity unit) had faults on the drawers after 5 months of using the product. Said to them it could be because of moisture or condensation, and because of that Bathroom takeaway have made the assumption that it's the customer's fault and they can't do anything about it. I spent £166.00 on a vanity unit, with drawers that were faulty. The drawers are made from chipboard, really, really cheap material so I wasn't actually surprised this happened. I sent them over 20 pictures as proof, and yet they are claiming that it's my fault. There has been no willingness from them to empathize with the customer or put themselves in their situation.

I have several emails from them and now I am taking this to the ombudsmen. Having shared their communication with the citizen advice bureau already, they believe I am in the right and have a valid claim. As a consumer, I have rights and am not going to be taken to the cleaners by these fraudsters who just sell their products, and hold no responsibility for faulty products.

In my 30 years of buying products, I've NEVER had a bad experience with a retailer as I have with them.

I would avoid this company unless you want disappointment, stress, and faulty products.

It's now costing me £150.00 to replace the sink and drawers, £80 for the plumbers, totalling £230.00. Absolutely applied and ridiculed by their decision not to even reimburse me a single penny

They had a “Crazy Deal Week” and I purchased items for myself and my mum! We didn’t breach the T&Cs (I read this fully and asked for confirmation which I got) yet one order had been cancelled. Funnily enough a few hours after I had chased this up with CS (who ignore multiple messages) and I expressed my dissatisfaction?!! ummm but told me it had been allocated?! ((lies))
Items are shipped and it’s guess work as to when they come. You have to ask for the tracking number which then these don’t work straight away, so waiting in is great fun!!
No one answers the phone, replies to messages unless you email them a few times!!
There’s a lot of unhappy customers due to this offer and before this I see on google reviews/trust pilot!!!
It seems that you have picked who gets their orders and who hasn’t, maybe we will see all these cancelled orders back up for sale, who knows with this company!! Make up the rules as you go along I think....
