If I could give it 0 stars I would. They have been appalling from the start. Couldn't give me an expected delivery date for my item, then when the item hadn't arrived after 2 weeks i asked for a refund they told me I'd get in 3-7days. I then get a snotty email saying it's actually 3-14days and its with their accounts department. Either way I am currently still awaiting after more than a month. Trading standards are notified as this is beyond a joke. How can someone take someone's money and no refund them quickly?

Ordered a sink and vanity unit. Was told it was in stock and then it wasn't. It wasn't going to arrive in time so I asked to cancel it. No response so emailed again two days later. Had a reply saying it was cancelled and I'd get a refund within 3 - 7 business days. Emailed them again after 14 business days as no refund had arrived. No response. Emailed them again a week later, no response. It's now been over 6 weeks and still awaiting a refund. I've had to contact my bank to try and get a refund through them. Avoid like the plague

I had purchased 2 Bathroom sets from Bathroom Store online on the 10th of July. Was told it would be delivered in 7 days. Despite chasing, 3 weeks later I still didnt recieve my bathroom sets. As I couldnt wait, I asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money. 3 weeks on from cancelling the order, I still havent recieved my refund. I have emailed them several times and they dont even reply to my emails. I would advice that people should be careful buying from this company. They are not trust worthy. I am Rafiq. I wouldnt give them any stars. But to get this post done I have to click on a star.I am now going to start court proceedings against this company.

I am having the same experience as the previous user. I'm not entirely certain if this is just a scam. Ordered a bath in April, was told it would arrive within 3-5 working days from the 30th of May. Of course no bath arrived. Eventually we had to cancel. No response with regard to getting our money back. Pretending they've already sent it back when they haven't and not sending any evidence of having done so. Nobody ever answers their "award winning customer service phone line". The whole thing is a farce.

I received a damaged shower end panel from Bathroom Store Online.
I advised the retailer 26 days after purchase.

Two things concerned me about this retailer:

- Communication. Although they initially replied to the email to confirm a replacement panel would be with me within a week, it did not arrive. I emailed them and was told it would be with me the following week instead as there were delays due to lockdown. It did not arrive. I emailed again the following week but did not get a reply. I phoned and was told there was a delay and they would chase the supplier and update me. They did not. (However, by now, I had spoken to the manufacturer, and I knew there was no stock shortage.) I phoned again later in the week and was told again they would chase and update me. They did not. I wrote another email to the business owner expressing my concern, and he confirmed the item would be with me this week. And it finally arrived!

- Legal. When I reported the faulty panel, this is what the business owner emailed: “We usually give 48 hours to report damages as we cannot control once delivered. Due to the current climate, we are arranging to do a swap as a goodwill gesture. We have ordered a replacement screen in, and it is due with us late this week, so it will then ship.”
There are two problems with this reply:
1. The website mentions nothing about 48 hours - it states seven days.
2. Under the Consumer Act 2015, the customer is entitled to a replacement and, if that is not possible, a refund. There is no “goodwill” about it. Ideally, you report damage within seven days, but, as that is not always feasible, within 30 days of receipt of the goods. To say “we cannot control once delivered” is irrelevant. The onus is on the retailer to replace or refund within six months, and in court they would have to prove that they did not damage the item. It is only after six months have passed that the onus is on the customer to prove that the item was damaged on receipt.

Bathroom Store Online, please learn the consumer law, stop telling your customers nonsense and apologise for faults and delays - it goes a long way to preventing reviews like this one.

OCTOBER 2022 - UPDATE it got worse never received a refund, shop said they refunded but it was to a random credit card number not mine. They refuse to reply to emails. Have opened a dispute through visa. AUGUST 2022- very poor just can’t get a delivery date ordered on 9 August & 10 days later no delivery date. Can’t phone the company they’re email only. When I ordered the shower the website didn’t say out of stock, but I phoned a different bathroom company who informed me the supplier of the shower has no stock. I’ve now cancelled this order only to be told it will be 3-14 days to get a refund.

Ordered a Bath and Radiator back in mid August to be delivered on Monday 5th September 2022 and it still hasn't arrived. Have emailed twice with no response and called over 10 times and still no answer. Their answer phone just tells you opening hours and to email their sales email address to which I have already done. Now accruing other costs as the plumber that is fitting out my new bathroom cannot do any more work and I need to now source a new bath and radiator. DO NOT USE!!!

I wished that I could leave zero rating. I'm a pensioner (state pension and a small works pension only) with a disabled wife with severe heart failure caused by chemo therapy 10 years ago and she must keep warm.
I sent for 2 new radiators for a friend to fit but could only fit at a certain time.
When the rads didn't arrive at the time stated, I emailed them, twice and was told they didn't have them in stock and would not be available for 2 weeks. I was able to cancel my order and was promised a refund......... still waiting after countless emails and now they don't even reply... seems Nottingham has a rogue trader in it's midst.
