Frustrating and Unacceptable Return Process!
This one-star review is solely for the return process!

I arranged a return for several items on March 14, 2025. I was initially informed that AIT Home Delivery had received the items in their warehouse and would be sending them to Bathroom Mountain. However, when I called AIT Home Delivery today, they told me that the items were only dispatched to Bathroom Mountain yesterday—meaning it will take another two weeks for them to arrive.

This is absolutely ridiculous. How is such a delay even possible? I am still waiting for my refund, which I’ve been told will only be processed after the items reach Bathroom Mountain’ warehouse.

The company urgently needs to review and streamline its return policy to expedite refunds. Customers should not have to wait this long for their money to be returned. A return process should be efficient and transparent, not frustrating and unclear.

Would I recommend this company based on their return process? Absolutely not.

Honestly would put ten stars if I could, the staff here just go above and beyond. They’re so helpful with any support you need whether that’s inspiration, questions to do with any materials, or just any general help in regards to bathrooms. The price's are amazing and can get some real great pieces for half of the price these bigger bathroom shops are charging. Special shoutout to Lyshia for being my personal helper whenever I go there, don’t ever judge a book by its cover because she knows about bathrooms top to bottom probably better than most builders do… and it’s very helpful if you’re a woman not familiar with the building trade…..

A MUST if you’re renovating your bathroom 🙂

This is my first time using this company and you can't really fault them. It was easy to order online, the delivery guys arrived on time. We have an issue with our vanity unit which is entirely our fault. I spoke to Kelsey on livechat and requested for a cost to replace it. She kindly arranged for a replacement to be sent to us free of charge!! Most importantly everything we've ordered are now fitted and they look absolutely amazing. The price is really reasonable too! One of the best and believe me I have done my research when searching for bathroom products 🙂 Many thanks to Kelsey again and for the amazing products! God bless xx

Absolutely awful experience. Had to re order 3 times as every time the mirror came smashed. I ordered 2 items. The second delivery one item was fine other was damaged. 3 rd order again smashed. I had 4 smashed mirrors here and they do not offer for them to be collected I have to dispose of them myself. Disgusting.

The showroom is immaculate with so much choice, very on trend & fantastic customer service. We cannot wait to see our bathroom in the flesh, highly recommend and definitely get yourself down to the showroom.

Ordered a radiator which arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was some damage to it (likely caused in transit) but they could not have resolved the issues more swiftly. Reported damage on the day of delivery, I was told within hours that a replacement would be sent (no quibbles) and it arrived in just 2 days time! Fantastic service and would absolutely recommend.

WOW!!!!! “Stoke bathroom mountain” what can I say, the team are more than helpful and in-fact they couldn’t do enough for me. If a product is out of stock or in a delivery, they were fast at coming up with an alternative solution. Really fast at quoting always with a smile. Even down to loading my vehicle once the order had been purchased. Great communication, very fast and professional service. Greeted with a smile and always offered refreshments. Don’t worry or stress about bringing your children when trying to look around, there is a children’s corner with colouring and movies to keep them entertained.
