A good experience. A nice shower room. Well finished. Any mess during the ripping out and installation was kept to a minimum. Cleaning up by the workmen was done every day. I would definately recommend this company.

Steve and the team were clean and efficient. I had a problem with the supplier of the tiles but Steve helped me to sort it. The bathroom was completed in three days and looks amazing. Can’t thank them enough.

From start to finish Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Arranged a time for him to come and give us a quote. He turned up on time and listened to our requirements. Helped to discuss through options with considered suggestions. Followed this up with a number of comprehensive emails with a breakdown of all the costs including which suppliers to use to obtain the best quality products.

We had Steve and his team completely replace the main family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. It took only 4.5 days from start to finish and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Anyone who visits tells us that it’s like being in a 5 star hotel, and we agree ! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking about that kind of work, and it was done at a very reasonable price.

We had 2 shower rooms completely refitted by Steve and team. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Great service, good advice, professional, hard working and always made sure we were complete happy and satisfied with everything.
When we first went out to get quotes, Steve had responded and quoted before others even came back to us. Not only that but he provided a shopping list and suggestions where to source which saved a ton of time and effort.
The work was done super fast and after complete he even came to back to resolve an issue and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure the final result was good.
I would recommend BFUK to anyone without hesitation and for sure we will be using them again in the future ourselves!

New wet room.
My 83 yr old Mom needed a wet room fitted, we roughly knew what she would need, it’s a very small space replacing an existing old bathroom. This was located on ground floor. We had contacted the National wet room installers for disabled wet rooms. Either the prices quoted where extremely high, or they weren’t interested. Bathroom Fitters UK came out, measured up, quoted and genuinely seemed interested in Moms needs. So we appointed Steve and his team. They did a great job. Mom is so pleased with the outcome. We were very pleased with the work that they did and the finished product. Ours is a small bathroom and they were knowledgeable about what would work and were able to suggest some tweaks when they actually did the job. They came when they said they would come and completed the job in the timescale very efficiently with no fuss. We would highly recommend them.
