I ordered a full Bathroom Vanity unit including toilet and sink along with all the fittings. The product was of a very high quality apart from one Door where the finish was different from the rest. After an exchange of Emails with Maxine (5 Stars) from Customer Service, a spare part was dispatched the very next day.

I Would 100% recommend using this company from the very first order to the excellent After sales service.

We had to order a replacement for some parts due to an error In installation and this was sent out to us with no extra charges. Excellent service from Bathroom City . The staff were helpful whilst we were in the showroom , our products arrived quickly and Kelly kept us really well informed.
