We're very pleased with the service we received from start to finish.
The wall between our toilet and the main bathroom was removed, one doorway covered and plastered and a new shower enclosure fitted in that spot.
All tiles and furniture were removed without the need of a skip.
Electric points had to be redone for our new whirlpool bath and a bidet toilet seat as well as spot lights.
All done by Mario, who was working very hard even the same day he was leaving for his scheduled holiday.
Andrej came for several days to help finish the extensive project.
I'm grateful that we have chosen Bathroom Builders and can highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love our new cloakroom.
Mo was really helpful in the design and referring tiles as we were struggling to visualise the end goal.
Mick installed our cloakroom and he was just brilliant; from plastering to tiling he was a perfectionist and very polite.
The days tasks were explained each morning and everything was tidily packed away each night without leaving any mess or dust.
Would highly recommend to friends and family looking to update their bathrooms.

Bathroom Builders are a fantastic firm to deal with. From the first meeting to design to fitting to completion everything happened like clockwork. Piotr our fitter was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. At times he worked so quietly we forgot he was here. Thank you five stars all round. The builders were professional respectful and their workmanship excellent.We would have liked the design team to inspect the finished job with us to discuss any issues and to advise during the initial design process any problems that could arise from our choices. The units chosen did not cover our boiler completely like the old ones did and we have been left with an unsightly protrusion of pipes.

Mo managed to fit us quickly and although slightly longer then planned the result is great. Mick, who did the work as a one man army, always took the time to tell us exactly what he was doing. Floors and carpets were protected and everything was tidied up each evening. Mo was flexible as promised and we changed a few items mid-build for no impact. Very professional throughout and very glad we didn't go with the other quotes we looked at. I'm sure we'll be using their services again in the future.

Never judge a book by it's cover ...
so don't judge this place by it's frontage
Thus is a maze of lots of beautiful bathroom examples ... some really outstanding pieces and our host, Sharon knew everything we needed to know. Lovely lady and very helpful.

Our builder recommended using Mo at Bathroom Builders for his excellent service and I’m thrilled that we chose Bathroom builders . In Jan 2023 we popped into the showroom and took our measurements and an idea of what we wanted . Mo took his time to plan and advise of what would look good using his designing system . Once we selected the items Mo ordered and communicated with our fitter directly . At this point we were unsure on tiles so did not order them . I found some tiles I liked on the internet and email Mo, who advised of similar tiles that he had in stock , again taking the stress away of shopping around .
The week of the build,everything arrived on time . The was a crack in the basin unit and Mo had this replaced within a day . We also had a slight issue with the shower unit ,however Sharon quickly contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement part and kept in regular contact . Even though the issue was plumbing related bathroom builders sent their fitter to assess and the issue was identified.
I cannot recommend this company enough for their outstanding level of customer service and quality of products.We are delighted with our new shower room and the guidance from Mo really took away the stress of choosing from so many products!
All items in our new shower room including tiles were purchased from Bathroom Builders.

The team at Bathroom Builders UK were amazing throughout every part of the process. They were very forthcoming with information and help - offering lots of options for styles and designs. Peter our fitter was great! Knowledgable and very skilled. He was great with our dog and kept the mess and disruption to a minimum. He worked very diligently and made the most to fix errors from previous owners. I would definitely recommend them for your new bathroom project.
