We are very happy with our new bathroom. And everything was quick and easy to arrange a free booking with the sales rep. And from there things moved on quickly. Christiano the guy who fitted the new bathroom was very polite and professional. He also explained the things he was doing as well as to make sure it was the way i wanted it. He was very well mannered and respectful and efficient in his work. He also went the extra mile when we ran into a problem. So a big thank you to everyone involved for getting me a bathroom of my dreams.

I can't praise Pete the fitter or the customer service team highly enough.
Pete was polite, always available for a little chat or questions, respectful, extremely hard working, putting in extra hours on the last day to be sure the fit was completed before the weekend for my father-in law.
He cleaned up after himself every evening, leaving everything just as he found it.
The customer care team phoned to check in on the fit each day and were extremely understanding when a banking glitch meant the second payment was a little late before installation started.
Our delay did not mean delaying the installation date, everything went ahead smoothly and without fuss.

Fantastic transformation from our old fashioned bathroom to a modern walk in shower. We are delighted with the excellent workmanship and finish. Festim and Nick were great craftsmen who spared no time in the change over in 4 days. They arrived in the morning and got straight down to work. It was a delight to have them in our house.

Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The team were prompt in arriving each day. they made sure we were safe and told us when any utilities were being turned off. We were consulted at each step and our choices adhered to. Finished in 4 days, which was sooner than anticipated. finish was superb and very pleasing.
