I bought a mirrored radiator from here. After 2 1/2 years, the mirror fell off the radiator. Luckily no-one was in the bath room at the time. I don't consider a fault like this happening as a result of wear and tear - it's a flaw in the product and should not happen in its entire lifetime. I considered this a breach of the Sale of Goods Act. Clearly Bath Hub disagreed but how they went about dealing with it was terrible.

Bath Hub wouldn't deal with me at all, even putting the phone down and then refusing to answer. Strangely, their website went offline within a few minutes of the complaint and stayed off for a few days. I sent recorded delivery letters to both registered addresses (of the director and the company) and they were returned unopened. I also approached the manufacturer about it, they said they had no record of this company buying this product from them.

Eventually I got my money back through the credit card company but I would be very wary buying from this company. Something's not right there...
