We've used Bath Bespoke many times before (for grade II listed replacement sash windows for the front of our house and historic double glazed windows at the rear of our house) and we always go back to them for the quality of their work and the niceness of their people! They did a complete kitchen overhaul for us in 2022 and designed and made bespoke kitchen cabinets which we love. The quality of the finish on the cabinets, the shelving, the wooden floor and the new windows is excellent and the other specialist contractors they brought on site were all excellent and delightful people. Excellent after sales too! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bath Bespoke; they're friendly, approachable, have great ideas and deliver top quality work.

We were introduced to Bath Bespoke by Peter Higgins at Eton's of Bath. We have a beautiful kitchen and flooring and the attention to detail is second to none ,we are delighted with the finished product .

There were times when the customer journey could have been a little easier and communication improved ,but on a project of this size one learns to expect such things .

What matters most is that throughout, all of the staff are a joy to deal with the products used are of amazing quality and then end product is stunning

I asked Bath Bespoke to manufacture and install wooden shutters and surrounds to some windows in my listed building.

The installation was nicely finished but it turns out they actually used MDF for some of the components, which I didn't agree to and only found out about when they started to swell and fail after a couple of years. After a long and protracted exchange with one of the company directors, during which I had to bring a case against the company in the money claims court, they finally agreed to replace the MDF components with accoya timber components.

This remedial work has now been done and is satisfactory.

I have given 3 stars because:
1) The joinery is good and the shutters and surrounds look good.
2) The 2 joiners who visited and carried out the work were pleasant and professional
3) The other company director did eventually offer an apology and agree to the remedial work.

I have not given 5 stars because my dealings with the company when the MDF components started to fail was deeply unpleasant and it has taken several years, several nights of lost sleep, a lot of stress, and some court action, to finally put it right.

Bath Bespoke have fitted a new kitchenette and laundry room for us. They have been excellent and very professional throughout. The quality is very high and the design process went very smoothly. We're absolutely delighted with our new study furniture installed by Bath Bespoke. The whole team have been great and we feel like we've all been on the journey together - from Tom's initial inspiring concept ideas to Nikki's professional and very thorough design, to the great craftsmanship of the carpentry team in the workshop and finally Ben & James' careful and detailed installation, being very considerate while working in our home. The end product is to a very high standard, adding a wonderful quality to our room, and all of this underpinned by a team of professionals that have been a joy to work with. We highly recommend them!
