Probably the friendliest post office experience I've ever had - Stewart and his team were incredibly kind, helpful and.. entertaining? This is my second time visiting this Post Office, at the first one, the lady at the counter was amazing, nice and polite. Forgot her name. But the second visit, is the one I want to address, her name is CRYSTAL. I came to pick up a letter. When she was still with the customer in front of me, who was there to drop a Zara package, Crystal was saying she was tired and lying in the customer’s package. When it was my turn, she addressed to me with a brusque face, no hi nor hello, didn’t like the attitude to me. I told her I was there to pick up a letter, she asked me my name in a very loud voice kind of shouting. I was with my small daughter, my daughter told me mama she is shouting at you. Maybe Crystal was just having a bad day. Bless her!

I often use the Post Office local to me but this time I had to use the Barnet branch. I was dealt with by Peter & he was brilliant! Answered all my questions & was very helpful. Nice to see staff that actually take the time with helping it's customers. This is the kind of high level of service we used to get in this country, but sadly not so much anymore.
