Excellent service. I took in two ceramic valves from a kitchen mixer tap which were leaking and they supplied the right replacements but also showed me that the collar on top of the valves was actually part of the tap handle. They removed them - with difficulty: limescale - and transferred them to the new valves so all I had to do back home was screw in the valves and attach the handles. A great help. Thankyou so much. Highly recommended.

We recently moved and needed a complete new Bathroom. We were recommended to Barnet Plumbing and Bathrooms in New Barnet where we met Ray. After discussing our needs Ray showed us around their showrooms where we were able to decide all the items we needed for our new Bathroom. The beauty of it was seeing all the different styles etc plus Ray had numerous brochures for us to view. His knowledge is unbelievable and nothing is too much trouble. We therefore ordered our new Bathroom from them and it was delivered to us within a week. Suffice to say we were completely satisfied from start to finish and would highly recommend this Company.

I visited the shop today in search of tap spares. There were 2 people behind the counter having a chat unrelated to work with someone who appeared to be a rep. I stood for about a minute while they continued their interaction. I then turned to leave and as I walked out, one of the staff said "Hello mate". I didn't bother responding. Incredibly rude, no customer service. I shan't be returning.
