Your repair shop cut off 99% of raw diamond in my pendant I left for repair..(you have simply stolen it)! Highly not recomended! You cannot imagine how sad I am! Please be aware and take a proper photo docs before you leave yours property there..I cannot forget..shame on you! You should be prosecuted! Thieves!
edt. That gold mastic on the back of my diamond wasn't there. There was a diamond stone. When I received my pendant instead of stone I received slice of my stone covered by gold mastic.

Took in hallmarked silver for scrap, the lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful. After sorting through we agreed on the silver weight (some of it was jewellery, so contained stones/resin). The weight was fair but my jaw dropped when the owner/manager only offered 30p a gram. Go anywhere else - they will definitely pay you more.

Always went there for a new watch battery change and was very pleased with the result until recently. Damage too the back of my watch resulting in a large scratch across the case. Not going back.
