Both myself and my partner came to try on wedding dress (separately). Lara and Amy-Ann were brillant. Although I had ideas before I came in, we went through everything to make sure it was 100% what I wanted. Very good at knowing what I was going to want and what I wasn't likely to want. Definitely worth going.

Although we were earlier than the bride to be, Donna welcomed us in and made us feel so comfortable. She took her time to listen to what the BTB vision was and helped us find her the perfect dress. The day was completely stress free and full of laughs.

My daughter is getting married in Oct and we came here for her first dress appointment. I was expecting a lot of stress but couldn't have been more wrong. Lara was amazing! She made the whole family feel so at ease and we came away with the perfect dress. I even came away with a beautiful fascinator, we loved the shop so much they could barely get rid of us 😂. I have visited multiple wedding dress shops but thanks to Lara I found my dress!! Lara is honest, straight talking, funny and gave me a normal experience i didn't feel pressure and felt at home, she knew what dress straight away but let me try on my choices 1st but of course she was right and I left with my perfect dress chosen by her lol!!

Visited Banbury Bridal with my sister to look at wedding dresses.
Donna was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived she was so friendly and welcoming. I feel she really listened to what my sister wanted (unlike other shops we’d been too) and picked out some absolutely beautiful dresses. My sister had a great time trying the dresses and felt really comfortable, we were the only ones in the shop it was so calm and relaxed.

My sister said yes to the dress so was a successful trip!

Went with my daughter today.
