Joe and the whole team were amazing from start to finish! They helped us through the design stage and Joe listened to our ideas, then added his own expert opinion in. He then made sure we got all the right parts and materials, handled the deliveries and any issues that arose. We had some challenges during the install along the way but Joe and the team dealt with them all consulting us about the changes as they came about. We've ended up with two fantastic new bathrooms that are the star of the home.

We were recommended by our plumber to Joe at Balneo Design and we were so impressed with the service , design and quality of the products . From our very first meeting with Joe we felt at ease and had confidence in him . The whole process was straight forward and Joe has a good eye for detail ,we are so pleased with the finished article ! Cant recommend Joe enough he took all the stress away from us liaising with our plumber at times and making sure we were happy with everything…

they give us back what we gave them….
Start to end everything is perfect .
No obligation free quotation with design, make changes in design , material , fitter, electrician , carpenter ,skip each & everything on their shoulder , end of the day of work left house sports less fantastic customer service. Definitely will call them again for second bathroom and will suggest family & friends to call them if anyone need to refit / renovate their bathroom.
