The team in Bagshot Post Office are great. Always courteous, and really strive to keep our post office needs with great service. Perhaps the shop itself could be updated, however I feel that what we need from a post office is all there.

They have no customer service, zero respect for customers in this shop and just act like they do not care and do no want to be there.
The lady who worked here was rude to me when I simply asked a question about a item is and when I went to pay she was just using her phone not bothered at all.

I have been using Bagshot post office for 6 years + and have found everyone there very helpful and courteous. Yes the place could do with a little update with look and stock but otherwise very good and no this is not a fake starring

These reviews on here baffle me. I have been going here for 15 years and never have the staff been rude or unprofessional.
My experience is the exact opposite. I drop my post of early in the morning on the drop and go service. Every time they are polite and very professional and get the job done. Never an issue.

Unfortunately professionalism and customer service is non existent in many post offices - if they were privately owned as a business, they would have failed long ago. Bagshot post office is the worst I have come across: horrible shop, half the shrlves are empty, dress code is what the owner/manager feels like to wear that day. The others worker is very rude and unprofessional, and I have had the misfortune to be at the receiving end of that service several times.

I’ve lived in Bagshot over 10 years and I’ve had several extremely bad experiences with these people, rude and short and unhelpful….it’s so bad that I’m assuming any review with more than 1 star must be fake!! I will travel to Camberley just to post a parcel now

Just moved here from London, never lost a parcel in six years. I sent two parcel from here and they both got lost. It can't only be the strikes as I received stuff from Scotland in 3 days.

In 3 years of reselling as a 16 year old my parcel has never been lost but the 1 time I send a parcel at this post office rather than my local one a £300+ item is lost, staff don’t care.
