Ashley was very knowledgeable about products across the market being able to advise pros and cons of each brand. Was very patient with me and my spreadsheet ! I was initially reluctant to use baden bathrooms as were wanting some visuals on CAD done including tiling etc - but don't be put off as there really was no need. Ashley knew what was needed and helped us visualise it. Using a combination of Ashley and mandarin stone we came out with 2 amazing bathrooms . Very happy with the results !!

If you are looking for a new bathroom I cannot recommend Baden Bathrooms highly enough!

From the beginning of the consultation process Ashley was friendly, knowledgable and professional (and very patient with my in-decisiveness!). He really helped me bring to life the vision I had for our bathroom as I struggled with visualising it. He didn't fob me off when he heard our budget (as other bathroom companies had done!), but instead patiently and diligently worked with me over multiple visits to the studio and our home to find products that fitted our budget whilst not making me feel rushed or pressured in any way.

The most impressive bit of the whole service was 'Spooky' the tiler and Ryan the plumber who were the main ones fitting our bathroom over a two week period. We were so impressed with not only their amazing workmanship (they are so skilled at what they do, have an amazing work ethic and work so well together as a team!), but also how friendly and respectful of us and our house they were! (the nicest and tidiest workmen we've ever experienced!). It was genuinely a joy to have them in our house for 2 weeks! I also really valued their help on some of the small decisions we were having to make, e.g. grout colours and tile positioning - their expertise and vast experience was invaluable to us as first time bathroom do-er up-ers! They were extra helpful when we had issues with the tiles we'd ordered from a different company - going out of their way to sort the issues that weren't their fault so they could help us out and get our bathroom finished on schedule for us, which they did!

We couldn't be happier with our lovely new bathroom. Keep forgetting we're not in a hotel every time we use it! Feels so luxurious, relaxing and spa-like - exactly how we hoped it would feel! Thank you so much Ashley, Spooky Ryan and Connor for making our bathroom dreams a reality!

When I first went in to see Jeremy, I didn't really know what I wanted. A look around the Baden showroom and I pretty much knew exactly! After a survey in the same week, we had our 3D plans and quote back within 5 days. All of the guys that worked on our home were really considerate, careful, polite and friendly. When I had questions, they took the time to explain how things were going to work. The quality of the workmanship more than exceeded my expectation, and the materials used are just great. My wife and I still walk in to the bathroom in the morning and can't believe it's in our house! We feel like we're in a luxury hotel! I would 100% recommend Baden Bathrooms, Jeremy and Nathan (our main fitter). Thanks so much guys.

We used Baden Bathrooms (Guildford) on a modest project to remove a bath and replace it with a small wet room. Ashley advised, provided the hardware and kept an eye on the project. Josh and his team carried out the work. Everything went very smoothly with material and installers arriving precisely on time. A very conscientious work team meant that 2 pensioners were very pleased with the process and result.

We found Ashley to be very helpful and responsive. We ordered some Roper Rhodes products from him and he delivered them out to us very quickly. Unfortunately we found a few panels had defects when unboxed but Ashley was quick to arrange replacements and get them out to us within a few days. We also got a good price compared to the RRP. We absolutely love our new bathroom. Cannot thank Jeremy and the team at Baden enough. From the designing and planning to the finish everything was faultless. The quality of the bathroom suite is superb, and the fitting, tiling and finish is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of help deciding on finishing touches we would not have thought of. Would highly recommend a visit to the lovely showroom in Guildford if you are thinking of a new bathroom. All requests we made were accommodated and with a knowledgeable eye to detail. Everything ran to schedule and we are more than happy with the finished product.
