BA Components - Doncaster

Purchased two full height larder units. They delivered without knocking our door.
The goods left badly damaged on our doorstep.
We Purchased through B & Q website.
We have left a message through the website as this is apparently the only way they can do things. Only allowed one photo but needed plenty.
We will wait the 48 hours they say they need to reply. Not impressed.

I was kindly invited to BA recently after becoming part of the team, (we supply and fit kitchens and wardrobes.)
Firstly we love the fact that BA's systems and processes are all spot on, and that we have all the necessary access and help we need from them.
Secondly, the two main people, who are Olivia and mani at BA, we very hospitable when I arrived at the showroom, got to see some beautiful end products such as the kitchen and wardrobes.. With all the different available samples.
Thirdly, my most favourite part, was the actual factory tour.. Now iv been to a few manufacturers of furniture abroad, but to see the set up and investments BA have made, had me blown away.. It was like watching a series of "How its made," live and direct.
Definitely enjoyed the visit and looking forward to doing alot more with Blossom Avenue..

I had the pleasure of attending a site visit to the BA Components aka Blossom Avenue headquarters in Doncaster today,
We were greeted at reception by a friendly and welcoming team, they provided lunch and refreshments upon our arrival, hospitality was great!
We were impressed on the size of the site and received a detailed tour which was very interesting and satisfying.
It was quite great seeing the process from factory floor to finished cabinet, I would highly recommend this introduction and branch visit and Blossom Avenue in general.
We have been supplying kitchens, doors and components from BA for several years now and I have nothing but praise for their products and service,

Thoroughly enjoyed our site visit to the BA Components aka Blossom Avenue headquarters in Doncaster last week. We were greeted at reception by a friendly and welcoming team, they had also provided lunch and refreshments upon our arrival, hospitality was great! Understanding the history of the firm was a nice touch with a brief presentation. We were extremely impressed on the size of the site and received a detailed tour by Manni which was really interesting. It was quite satisfying seeing the process from factory floor to finished cabinet. I would highly recommend this introduction and branch visit and Blossom Avenue in general. We look forward to working with them providing exceptional quality kitchens to our clients.

We had a great day out in BA Doncaster, we was very impressed with the service on the day. It was great to see quality of a British manufactured kitchen and the options that blossom avenue can offer.

We walked through all the displays and got plenty of ideas and inspiration for the showroom it's great to know that we have the support from the team at BA and that we are working with kitchen and bedroom specialists.

I am happy to have signed up with BA now that I know the business has the capacity and resources to support me and my business.

Have to thank BA Components for the visit to the Doncaster Factory last week, it was interesting to see the manufacturing process, and also
get some background knowledge on the birth and growth of BA.
We have been dealing with BA for about 8yrs, and have found the product, top quality, we are now taking this to another level, by introducing the Blossom Avenue Rigid kitchen displays into our showroom, to run along side our door change and refurbishment section.
Manni and Dean were excellent hosts and kindly fed me, the evening before and provided lunch the next day.

We was kindly invited to the Doncaster factory to have a chat with Mani and have a tour of the factory.

We don't know what impressed us the most the process or Mani but either way its made us understand more and the support we can get from good quality Rep like Mani .
