On suit fitted and although it looks ok it is not as functional as before (shower head wrong place as in not central, and water pump not working properly, and had to contact fitter twice for leaking sink pipe) before sale experience is excellent, after sale experience is just disappointing and no checks made or rectified. Regret going there and spending all this money with outstanding issues. Certainly website claim about post sale experience is unsubstantiated and untrue!!(at least in my experience) I would look somewhere else!

Update: the company head office was in contact and they did rectify the shower issue after this complaint. It took a few weeks but it has been sorted now. I therefore changed the rating to 4 stars from 2 stars. Not sure if I have been generous but feel they did try to make mend and has worked on the issues raised.

Just had our bedroom fitted by Avanti. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. They are friendly, competitive and really helpful. They provide a great service so thank you guys, more than happy with the bedroom. Neil the fitter was superb and a great character. Everyone else couldn't do enough for us. Carol and Mark looked after us all the way through. Really rate these guys.

Terrible after care service. Their kitchen fitter was excellent, but 6 weeks on and we are still missing a cupboard door because Avanti for some reason are unable to deliver it! Calls to their customer service department are answered by the most dour, miserable and unhelpful person imaginable. I have never come across a worse person to be involved in providing customer care.

We had our new kitchen fitted and supplied from Avanti. The Head Designer Micky was brilliant, as were the kitchen fitters they contracted. All their recommended tradesmen's were used and did a good job. There were a few issues that needed resolving after the kitchen was completed. These have been passed on to resolve, and am confident they will be resolved. I recommend Avanti over any of the other suppliers we went to including Wren, Howdens, Wickes and B&Q. Their products were top quality and made to measure, their service was great and their recommended tradesmen were all polite, punctual and experienced.

I was looking for sliding wardrobes, don't waste your time - the one member of staff didn't know what was what and the other totally ignored us ! As for the samples on display how can you tell from a 3" square ? I won't even bother going to see the Streetly store after this experience. I think I'll be going back to Starplan. 👎
