We bought a Duravit suite for our bathroom and everything Aromabath did was excellent. I had ordered a beautiful mounted vanity unit for my bathroom and it was absolutely stunning. We had it installed in 2020 and it was sturdy, good quality and in great condition. However 2 years later the handles began to peel away as the material seemed to be rather flaky. I contacted Will from the company and showed him a video of my issues and he was a great support. He was efficient and understanding and reported the issue immediately to the manufacturers. He never made any excuses but wanted to help. His customer service was brilliant and I got new handles sent to me in less than a week. I was very happy for the standard of care that the company gave me. Will highly recommend the company, the items and customer service are great!
