We absolutely love everything about our new bathroom installation and cannot thank Tom enough. Extremely hard working, patient (my last minute changes) and knowledgeable, an all round lovely guy. Considering the amount of work required Tom managed to keep disruption to the minimum and cleaned and tidied at the end of each day.

We contacted Tom last year and were so impressed with his advice and customer service we booked onto his waiting list straight away, we had a feeling that it would be well worth the wait and it was. We would 100% recommend Tom to everyone.

We asked Tom to design and fit a new bathroom for us in 2017. He captured everything we wanted perfectly and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We could not have been happier with his work and the beautiful bathroom he fitted. When we had an unrelated problem in 2021, Tom came within 2 hours and sorted it all out for us. Thx Tom for a very professional installation. Very thorough installer and so tidy after each day. Would highly recommend if you want a good job doing. Even managed to get drainage below floorboards to give us a thin tray when before we had a 75mm step into shower.

We had a complete bathroom refit at Warnell View, Brunstock and Tom was brilliant in all aspects from
Start to finish. We are really fussy and Tom was such a perfectionist. We are absolutely delighted with the finished design and installation. We recently had a small cracked tile in our shower which we caused and Tom was really quick to revisit and replace the tile and we are really happy with the result.
We highly recommend Tom and if you want a top job then please get in touch with him. Top bloke 👍👍

Couldn't recommend Tom enough. A conscientious worker who was also a very tidy one cleaning up every day after himself. We had a walk in shower fitted which is brilliant. Every single aspect of his work is superb and couldn't fault him at all. Very pleased with job. Thanks Tom

Excellent from start to finish! Tom was so professional throughout, allowing us to come up with our own ideas but giving us advice and guidance where we needed it - after seeking a few quotes it was refreshing that he actually listened to what we wanted. He has superb attention to detail and a great eye for design, was friendly (very important to our 3 year old!) and a tidy worker. As a result he's created an amazing, high quality bathroom for us that will last years and years - thanks again 🙂 wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We had been looking to renew our bathroom for a while and had seen many different people to get quotes. Tom is, by far, the best available. Polite, friendly, professional and always punctual. Our bathroom proved to be a challenge due to some damage we knew nothing about. This didn’t faze Tom in the slightest. He fixed the problem and still completed the installation on time.
The suite is excellent and the fit is first class.

If you need a new bathroom save yourself a lot of hassle and phone Tom. He offers a first class service at an extremely reasonable price.
You will not be disappointed by his work.
