He also shared multiple tips on maintenance and even created a small brochure for us to take home to aid our decision.

I visited Aria to buy a sofa bed and a chair, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Spyros, the interior designer, assisted me in selecting the perfect fabric color for the sofabed, taking into account my vintage Balkan rug, and also suggested a chair that perfectly matched.

Fo, the showroom assistant manager, was amazing and gave me an additional discount on the already reduced sale price of the chair. Yasemin, the showroom manager, provided excellent customer service by offering free delivery for the sofabed.

Overall, Aria has a fantastic team and great deals. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

What an amazing beautiful place; I wanna get back in the near future to buy a terranium. I have an aquarium but never had a terranium and yes, looks very stylish and interesting. As for the place again: you don't see something like this everyday!

I always try to shop local and decided to purchase a Ligne Roset sofa with Aria rather than Heals as they promised they could deliver it before Christmas as I explained to them we had family coming and currently no sofa. Not only did they fail to meet this promise but the man I spoke to on the phone who had been so helpful when I placed my order was incredibly dismissive and rude when I called up to enquire what day my sofa would be delivered this week. Despite the fact that I had an email saying it would be delivered w/c 16th December they tried to deny that this was a promise, there was no phone call or email to say it would be delayed. Such a lack of care, thought and not the kind of bespoke, customer experience I'd expect from a smaller company. If it was possible I would cancel my order entirely as it seems once they have your money they don't care.

I had a lovely experience here- the window displays caught my attention and the promise of Miffy products drew me in. I only went into one of the shops (there was another across the road) but I found the selection of products from both smaller designers and classic brands to be delightful. This would be the perfect place to look for homeware pieces or shop for a gift for any occassion. The sales associate who helped me was very kind and helpful, and packaged my item nicely while chatting with me a little. Just a great shop with memorable and quirky pieces.

My wife with our newborn baby in a carrier accidentally knocked a wall hook and slightly damaged some of the paintwork on it. We are locals and frequent customers of this shop and we were buying something anyway but the manager was not particularly flexible and charged us for the item with a small discount. You'd expect this kind of shop to be more sensitive to a mum, especially for a £50 item! They should also have insurance for this kind of thing.
