Arch KBB fitted a great quality kitchen, but at a good price. I had been looking at other suppliers, but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. Munty and Thomas were incredibly helpful from the planning stages right the way through and I am absolutely delighted with the end result.

Unfortunately this company service is utterly appalling and I suggest you do not use it. The bathroom fittings they supplied were shoddy, cheap and non matching. They clearly have an inability to measure as they told me to purchase far more tiles than were necessary and then refused to take them back and refund me. The measurements for the kitchen were also wrong. The built in wardrobes were not as described - I expected glass fronted doors and got very unattractive solid doors. Every time I pointed out somethine was wrong, they appeared to be "teflon coated" - nothing sticks and they told me to take it up with their suppliers even though my contract is with them. I am now pursuing them through the courts as they have not even had the decency to reply to my correspondence. They are very slippery customers and should be avoided at all costs

A few years ago I did my kitchen with ArchKBB and now I did my bathroom, and I am very happy with the results on both. I highly recommend ArchKBB, they have a good selection of materials and appliances but also the 3D designs are very accurate to what it looks after construction. The balance between price and quality is good. Crystal helped with the design and our contractor Bawan was super polite and worked well with us to get everything exactly as we wanted.
