We have just completed 4 bathrooms in a new build and Neil was extremely helpful in sourcing all our sanitary ware etc.
We had our own plumbers to install and so it was a supply only from Aquarooms.
Neil is very knowledgeable on all products and how they work.
Would definitely use them again if we were to do another build.

Please avoid. A truly awful experience! We had a terrible experience with this company. We had our bathroom installed only two years ago and suddenly it started leaking through the ceiling. We called a plumber and found out that the tiles were loosen and the leak was coming from the bathroom walls.

Of course, we contacted the company, gave them ample time to put things right but they just didn’t care and we didn’t think they would be competent enough to rectify the mess.

We had to get someone out to do a proper job and he could easily pulled all the tiles from 2 walls as they weren’t properly adhered. The wall behind the tiles was damp with mould and it turns out the wall was not properly prepared for the work, they didn't even bother to remove our old tiles (half wall) and just placed the new tiles on top of the old ones.

We found couple more things: tiles were not fitted behind the cupboard and tiles were fitted on top of the old window wood board (similar to the wall, they didn’t bother to remove the old wood board)

The service they provide is unprofessional and incompetent, poor quality for a LOT of money.

We would not recommend this company to anyone

I have recently had my bathroom designed and fitted by Aquarooms, It looks amazing I am so pleased. They managed it from the start to finish and all I had to do is choose what I like. My green tiles have been replaced with a grey colour and a wall hung toilet. Omg can you believe it you can hang a toilet on a wall AMAZING. It now looks like a bathroom in a posh hotel, and I cant stop showing my friends when ever they come over. Thank you again.
