Very happy with our decision to have Aquarius fit our bathroom. We now have a lovely walk-in shower instead of a bath and the tiles that we selected are stunning.
Dean was an excellent installer, first class workmanship and always willing to listen to us during the project to ensure we were 100% satisfied.

The whole customer experience with Aquarius home improvements was exceptional from start to finish.
The sales man Wayne listened to what we were looking for and offered practical advice to help make the best use of the space. He was polite and on time for the appointment and didn’t rush us to a decision.
The bathroom fitter Dean was on time and very professional. He was very good at tidying up after himself and was very considerate of any request I made during installation.
The finished bathroom is better than I expected and although I have looked hard I haven’t found any problems with the quality of the work.

Aquarius recently fitted our new bathroom, and we've been impressed with their service from start to finish. The fitters were friendly, approachable, and kept us informed throughout the process. After the installation, we noticed a few minor snags, but as soon as we contacted them, they promptly came back to fix everything. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and would definitely use Aquarius again for future projects.

Very happy with the quality of the job. We went for the bath out/shower in package. Looks fantastic. Despite coming across difficulties with dodgy pipe and brickwork from the houses previous owners, no extra charge was added and our installer Shaun cracked on doing a fantastic job. I'd also like to point out just how professional the whole team are, from making my initial call for info, to Wayne coming out to give a quote, Jake completing the survey, obviously Shaun the installer and Abbie in the office, everyone is on the ball and I fully recommend this company. Fantastic service from start to finish... our fitter Dean was amazing nothing fazed him ... and he was professional ,helpful and informative thoughout ... and with great assistance from Cole too. We are so pleased with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aquarius & Dean to everyone.

I contacted Aquarius through recommendation from my neighbour. We wanted a "bath out shower in" installation. I was very impressed with the service I received from the first contact with the company. Wayne came out to give us a quote for the installation which we duly accepted. On the date of the installation, our fitter, Jake, arrived at the approximate time given and got to work straight away. Byron arrived a little later to deliver the shower etc. Jake worked tirelessly on both days to ensure we had our shower for the weekend - working until 7.00pm on the Friday night. Jake was polite and friendly. Everything was tidied up and left clean at the end of each day. Jake did a brilliant job. We are very happy with our new shower. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. From start to finish they offer a brilliant service. Well done to all the team! I love to see a local company doing well. 😊
