Adam and Ollie installed a new bathroom for us with a separate toilet area, front the start Adam was amazing, he sent me a mood board and was so quick at responding with changes I wanted. He was professional from the start and always let me know what was happening day by day. Adam and his team were absolutely AMAZING! Not only did the completely renovate my very old and out of date bathroom, they ripped out my awful electric shower, my old boiler and water tanks and gave me the most amazing new set up for my water and heating. Adam created the most amazingly beautiful mood board for me and really achieved a beautiful design after listening to exactly what I wanted I now have the most beautiful, modern, freshly designed bathroom. After being let down by another company, we contacted Aqua-360, Adam come out to do us a quote on an urgent request. Very professional on the telephone and arranged to come round within 24 hours. Very punctual and friendly came out to measure up.
The difference between aqua-360 and the other companies is that he asked us what we wanted and then designed the bathroom rather than completing the design and then us having to changing the plans.
The work was complete by Adam who always updated us every step of the way, clean and tidy throughout the build, he was punctual every day. Finished the job on time and to a very high standard. Very pleased with the finish and would highly recommend Adam and Aqua-360 to anyone. I already have other family members wanting quotes and I have absolute confidence they will be happy with the service as I was.
