We recently had a new kitchen installed by Applewood Kitchens. The kitchen is superb and the installation process was just as described. Sarah Husband project managed their trusted partners and completed everything in 4 weeks as planned. They also met the budget we set. We would have no hesitation in recommending Applewood Kitchens to anyone thinking of kitchen replacement. They do what they promised and we have a beautiful kitchen.

Applewood Kitchens provided us with a first class service for our kitchen and utility room refurbishment, overseen by the very efficient Sarah and very enthusiastic Scott, who won't relax until he has another happy customer. From the design stage (Janaye was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with some useful suggestions) through to project completion we always felt that everything was under control.

As Applewood undertook all aspects of the project management, and as we went with the people they recommended for building work, installation and flooring, the process was pretty seamless. All the people at each stage were friendly, efficient and professional. A special mention has to go to Matt and Martin, the kitchen fitters, who were perfectionists in all that they did. Any minor issues which arose (inevitable in a project such as this) were resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.

One other point worth mentioning is that as we had our appliances replaced at the same time (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), Applewood was happy to sell them to us at trade price - a significant saving.

We would recommend Applewood wholeheartedly for anyone looking to get a fantastic new kitchen.

Scott Husband, the director of Applewood Kitchens, has just overseen the design and installation of a new kitchen in my home and I couldn’t be happier. I have exacting standards. I looked at 6 kitchen providers and obtained 3 full quotes with drawings prior to signing up with Applewood. One was from a major retailer (never knowingly undersold) and 2 other independents. None came close to the quality and value offered by Applewood. There was no hard sell, all my questions were answered, highly knowledgeable and transparent. My kitchen is a small galley. The installation has been faultless - three weeks from start to finish including completely ripping out the old kitchen, plastering, new electrics and plumbing, new tile flooring, carpentry, installation etc. Disruption and mess kept to a minimum. Applewood also worked around the installers of a new kitchen window and door I had separately commissioned. Excellent communication at all times, 100% reliable, professional and trustworthy. Recommend without hesitation.

Had my Applewood kitchen fitted in 2013 and had a small issue with a couple of soft close runners that had lost the soft close feature. I popped in to their show room at Moss End farm and no problem as I have a 10 year guarantee! Just such a nice company to deal with and John who designed our kitchen is still there which is great so company get a 10/10 from me 👍. Keep up the good work

Level of service fell below expectations - Fitters were excellent, however the plan they worked to was mis-aligned (evident by the Hob, fitted outside of manufacturers recommendations).
Applewood refused to correct this without charge to us, stating "I should have noticed when the kitchen was being fitted", but I paid them to be the experts, and that's what their own contract said.
My saving grace was I paid the deposit on my credit card - and initiated a charge back, (my credit card company processed this in one day based on my evidence) - only then did they agree to fix it at their cost.
No compensation for the 2+ months of stress, delays to the decor and flooring we incurred as a result, not even a post fix visit to check everything was OK.
Basically a very poor customer service experience - when you pay for a premium experience you expect better - and on that basis I cannot recommend your service.
Another tip for you Applewood - If I brought a new car . . the dealer would spend time showing me the controls - this kitchen was the price of a decent new car . . it would have been nice to have a little time explaining the details of some of the white goods you fitted.
