Similar to others- avoid! We paid ALS £1044 to cater for our wedding. They took our money and sent receipt. We've since contacted them to confirm details as we are approaching the wedding date. They've ignored all contact via call, email or social media messaging. Emails now bouncing back as undeliverable and phone line out of service.

Shocking Company. We paid for an inflatable, they turned up late, 6 of our own guests had to carry it through to the back as they just dumped it outside with 1 member of staff, It kept blowing fuses and wouldn't inflate, they are blaming the community centres electrics but our DJ had no problems! and the community centre has assured us the venue is used weekly for inflatables. The plug on their end was actually burnt and melted. The lad they sent with it had no idea how to set it up and even admitted to not knowing anything about the health & safety for this Wrecking Ball Game. No one was contactable and no one will return my calls. Will Mcgregor even accused a guest of giving his now ex-staff member some drugs!! The same member of staff that filled his pockets with chocolates and sweets from our guests table and hung around bugging people because he was stuck their til someone could collect him, which conveniently was at the end of the reception. This company is so unprofessional and down right rude and ignorant. Even their own staff member said "good luck with getting a refund!" This statement is proving true so far. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR RISK HAVING YOU EVENT RUINED. *please seek and read other people's nightmares with this company on Facebook from ruined Christenings to terrible or no food at all. I'm saddened that I have been forced to leave a negative review but this bloke will take your money and run.

Quite frankly 1 star is far too generous! Fraud/scam alert!
Booked tables, chairs and glassware for our wedding after party. Was all good until the final payment. Where we requested the appropriate account to pay into. Paid a few days later only to be told it’s the wrong account (even though it was on the invoice). Manager Will asked us to cancel the payment. Then decided to mention that the company was in transition/sale.
We were told all would be sorted and all wa good for the event. Clearly a lie.
Please do not depend on this company to deliver the goods.
We approached another company “Thoughtfully Outdoors” - Lexi and Charles were delightful and saved our day!
We have asked for a refund from ALS. Funny old thing, radio silence and will it answer calls and emails. Personally, I think they are 10p away from crumbling as a business and try to scam us all out of free money. Avoid at all costs please.
As for Will - we will see if you will give Look North an interview

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Completely unprofessional and daylight theft at this point. I paid upfront for a food catering service for my wedding in advance. Many months later they were radio silent and clearly had no intention of carrying out the service I paid for as nothing ever materialised. I have been chasing for a refund since and never had a response from them, they have not even had the decency to get in touch to offer a refund for the service they clearly not provide.

Please everyone avoid this company if you don't want your money stolen.

A.L.S group - if you want to actually make up for the stress you caused me and my wife on our wedding day I would appreciate if you answer my calls and provide me with my refund.

I am beyond disappointed with A.L.S Group. I booked a bouncy castle, a photo booth, and a guest book for my husband’s surprise birthday party and paid £600, expecting a professional service. The agreement clearly stated they would set up between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the day, yet they never showed up—and didn’t even have the decency to call and explain why.

I made multiple attempts to reach out with calls, messages, and voicemails, and they blatantly ignored every one of them, despite my messages clearly being read. This is unacceptable customer service from any business, let alone one that claims to be well-established.

They took my money, ruined a special occasion, and left me with zero explanation. Avoid A.L.S Group at all costs if you want a reliable, professional service for your events. Absolutely disgraceful.

Didn't show up for a birthday party. No bouncy castle and no photo booth. Didn't answer calls for 2 days prior. Saw messages and didn't respond. No contact at all. If you want a ruined event then this is the company for you.

Following my son’s wedding on 9/5/24 I have had repeated comments from guests thanking us for the wonderful meal.
The food itself was cooked on site in a small marquee and served inside the church hall. It was hot, plentiful and delicious, just couldn’t fault it. We had the lamb and turkey carvary which was fantastic.
The staff were friendly and professional and did an excellent job.
Weddings are always a joyous time, but I can honestly say the catering added something special. Thank you for your service, as a result I have lots of brownie points with the family!
