From the beginning with Alexander Kitchens designer Alistair at the Horsham showroom to Teresa at Masterfit keeping us well informed of the process and the superb work of all the fitters we now have our dream kitchen. They answered any queries or concerns we had and nothing was too much trouble.

We had two bathrooms fitted, our main bathroom and our loft bathroom. The team were great from the beginning with nothing being too much trouble. Installation was stress free with great care being taken of our home and the workmen were so polite and friendly. The work itself was finish to a very high standard and aftercare was also excellent when we had an issue when a tiny bit of floor grout coming loose. They remedied it immediately. We were also kept up to date daily with how the project was going. The office called to let us know when and who would be coming. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of our recent kitchen and bathroom installations. Alexanders were terrific all the way from initial estimate stage through to handover. All of their fitters and staff were polite, professional, and very skilled tradespeople.

Alexanders did 3 big projects for me - Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. All of their staff and fitters are friendly, and a great attention to detail. I am very impressed with the quality of their work. Nothing is sub contracted out, so you get a schedule which they stick to - no waiting around for a different contracter to show up who may be on another job. Thoroughly recommend Alexanders.

We used Alexander / Masterfit for a renovation of our 60s bungalow. This included a completely refitted kitchen, two extended and refitted shower rooms, and new flooring throughout. We could appreciate the many problems the very professional and friendly fitters were faced with in a property that was extremely tired (to put it politely). They exceeded our expectation in every department. The finished product is excellent in every way. Not only are we happy with the end result, but also in the way that Alexanders managed what was a stressful time for us. They provided us with a project support team keeping in constant communication with us informing of progress, planned activity and reacting to any small problems which developed. Naturally we love the end product, but also in the way it was achieved. We had almost constant activity in our home for about 8 weeks. The guys who came to do the work were a credit to themselves and the company in the way that they very professionally delivered the design they created, which accurately reflects the aspiration we had when we first contacted their salesperson. The Alexander people were helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.
