We have just had our bath out shower in refit completed by "Big" Mark from Alan Heath and Sons. The work was completed before schedule and to a very high standard. Mark truly is an asset to the company.
On entering the showroom it was nice to be greeted by Gary Heath to enhance the family business feeling. We sat down and I outlined my requirements to make our bathroom safer for my elderly father. To this Gary showed his experience by highlighting numerous things I hadn't even considered. I was showed a lot of quality products which made my initial ideas make sense, a good start.
Over the next few weeks we exchanged communication which was always speedily dealt with. Gary's quotes were always prompt, even the ones where we changed our minds last minute!! Basically nothing was too much trouble. This showed through to the end with a first class job.

My mum had a bathroom fitted in October 23,the engineer who fitted the bathroom was very nice.
The bathroom looks very nice but they charged£12,000 and my mum managed to get £2000 off with a letter from her GP as she is disabled.
A seat was fitted in the shower but the grab handle was down the far end where you enter the shower, so mum couldnt use the seat as she ha nothing to hold on to.
Also the shower trap is near the opening of the shower screen and mum has to put towels down as sometimes the shower overflows.
I have a walkin shower and the shower trap is right inside the shower.
I spoke to Mr Heath about my concerns and far as he was concerned he had not doing a ything wrong as he stated that my auntie and mum had been into the showroom and were happy with the design.
I pointed out that they are both elderly and not bathroom designers!
I pointed out that surely it should be standard,if a seat is fitted that grab rail should befitted nearby as mum is elderly and disabled.
As for the shower leaking out Mr Heath said another shower door could be fitted it was in the quote and another extensive cost.
So after a 30 min heated conversation,he stated that e would fi another grab rail at no extracost
Mum has waited weeksfor this rail to be fitted,admittedly they called her once to fit it but she had a medical appt.
They are coming out today to fit it.
This company is expensive and aftercare service has alot to be desired
Ps my mums showers still leaks on the floor and she is at risk of falling but the company arent interested ,only if she pays for another shower door.!!

I can't recommend this business highly enough. I was given very helpful advice at the design stage for my downstairs cloakroom, which enabled me to make a much better refurbishment decision than I had originally planned. The range of products at the showroom was extensive, and again I received very helpful advice as I made my choices. The installation went extremely well. Joe was obviously very knowledgeable about all the various aspects of the job, and carried it out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The work was carried out with minimum disruption and with care and attention, including ensuring my home was clean and tidy. I am delighted with the finished product and will certainly use Alan Heath and sons again. Couldn't have been better.

Seldom these days does one experience comprehensive and excellent customer service across elements of a transaction. Consequently, we are so pleased that we chose Alan Heath & Sons for our new bathroom and more latterly our en-suite shower because when it comes to service and genuine customer care your company cannot be beaten.

From our visits to the showroom, the ordering process and care throughout to ensure we were clear about our choices to the delivery fitting and supply of fitments and services you and your team truly excelled. Indeed, it was a joy to deal with you all and see our dream come true regarding a new bathroom and shower en-suite.

The depth of your service also warrants a mention too, any advice or help since with replacement items has been met with a welcome and level of care that one just cannot find elsewhere across most suppliers of any service or product. We have recommended Alan Heath to several of our friends with those following that advice coming to share our view that Alan Heath represents customer service excellence.

We don’t write this letter having just taken delivery and fitting of our bathroom but with the experience of having had the bathroom fitted several years ago and the shower en-suite more recently. Both look and are as good as the day they were installed and the knowledge that Gary and the team are always there provides much reassurance to us.

As members of the Consumers Association (Which) we have recommended Alan Heath as a Trusted Trader. It is a fact that one gets what one pays for, we agreed a price we were happy with and since that day we have never looked back regarding being pleased in all respects. We would never use anyone else in the future.

We had our bathroom installed in 2017 and thought the professionalism and level of the service was excellent and loved our new bathroom.
We have just had had an issue with our shower 4 years and five months later and felt very well supported with after care.
The shower wouldn’t turn off and was causing concern for flooding.
We called the emergency number found on the answer message at Alan Heath and Sons for advice. Mark came out within 30 minutes and although he couldn’t resolve the issue he sorted the shower to allow us to use it until we could contact the manufacturer for the issue to be hopefully resolved as it was still under warranty.
We were also reassured that if there was an issue with the warranty a spare part could be fitted.
We really didn’t expect this level of service and are so pleased we had the bathroom by them.
