We called Adept Removals just 5 days before we were due to complete. They were fantastic from the first call right through to closing the door at end of the move. They went over and above to fit in the packing service by completing it at a weekend, they arrived promptly at the agreed times and were professional, polite and friendly. I was impressed with Adept from the off. Scott came round and quoted for our move and gave me some excellent advice about the process. He was professional and courteous at all times. I got three quotes and Adept actually were the cheapest but also came across as the most professional and competent so it was an easy choice to go with them.

Come the day of the move I couldn't have asked for a better service. Scott and his team were fast and efficient, took absolutely everything in their stride and made the whole process stress-free for me. Nothing was too much trouble and they did the whole job with smiles on their faces! They were excellent in every way.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! 5 large boxes were lost in my move. After requesting assistance to recover my lost boxes they refused to return my calls and messages for call back. When I did speak with some, I requested they look in to what happened to my lost valuables and the response each time I received was that "there's nothing I can do about it!". I was promised a call back on several occasions (including leaving voice messages). I did not receive a single call back, explanation or even an acknowledgment (or perhaps an apology!!?) for this appalling service. My friends and family will never use this company again for future moves.

I used Adept Removals for a recent house move which went very smoothly.

They did all the packing for me - which was done expertly and quickly.

On removal day everything was loaded onto the van - and came off at the other end with no fuss. They even returned about a week or so later to collect all of the boxes and other packaging.
