The sales process and the team are marvellous... but let down by the refund process which is unnecessary complex and outdated. Please just refund the overpayment to my card... Access making me claim it through a bank with multiple new passwords authentication and setup is just bonkers and turned a good experience into a frustrating one.

My Company I work for rents an office on these premises. We've always been happy with the services provided at Access Storage Basingstoke. Staff Members Stuart, Adam, Brain & Adam are always friendly and approachable in main reception. If there is ever an issues they are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a Office space.
