We wanted to completely re-design our family bathroom. We got a couple of quotes and decided to go with A1. They weren't the cheapest, but we felt that they were far more competent. We weren't disappointed. The re-design involved re-positioning the WC; removing the bath and replacing it with a shower cubicle; new tiling, furniture and all accessories. The whole job took three weeks, which was exactly how long they had told us. We were given a firm price and the only change was because we switched to a different basin tap which fitted better. There were a couple of boxes of tiles left over and they adjusted the final price accordingly, so we felt that they acted very fairly. We are planning to have our en suite re-fitted later this year and we will have no hesitation in getting A1 back to do that.

We got A1 to upgrade, remodel and install our bathrooms and WC and they did a fabulous job! From the initial planning and guidance, where their experience and expertise guided us so well, to the fantastic team who came to install and bring the plans to life, we were honestly blown away by how good everything has been.
We started this process as nervous novices, but feel like we've been taken under their wing and we've ended up with 3 rooms that have made a huge difference to our spaces and the way we live.

Recently had our dated kitchen replaced by A1.

With our recent bad run of trades over the years it was a huge relief to deal with such a friendly and professional organisation. Everything from the design with Alison, to the fitting by Fred and team went perfectly. Any issues or adjustments were sorted quickly and we were kept informed throughout the whole process by Rob.

The finished product is amazing, the only reason I have not posted photos is because we haven't finished decorating it yet which takes away from the overall installation!

Can't recommend them highly enough, and we will be sure to be contacting them when we do our bathroom in a few years.

Dealing with A1 was a smooth experience right through from the initial quote to the finished job. The showroom and quotation process was pleasant, with no hard sell, and once we decided to go ahead we were able to choose a mutually convenient start date. Every step of the installation was explained clearly; all workmen were friendly, thorough and punctual, and always took care to clean up each day. There were no deviations from the quotation, aside from a few extras which we requested and were given very reasonable prices on. We are 100% happy with our finished bathroom. Fully recommended.
