Nearly got driven off the road at Detling hill by one of the lorry drivers for this company. I beeped to let him know he was driving into me (as he hadn't fully overtaken my car and I was going 50 up the hill due to speed limits) but he continued to drive into my lane and nearly pushed me off the road completely.

This is the 2nd time I've been here, the staff at shed one were very friendly and quick to unload the 40" container, one of the best places to go for delivery.... toilet facilities were clean and tidy..

We are a sister e-commerce company within the group and have effectively used the transport services as an external customer. We have worked directly with the Haulage Team in Aylesham and also the Palletways Pallet Delivery Partnership via Salvatori Logistics based in Sittingbourne. The teams are amazing and bend over backwards to assist. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was called to arrange a delivery of our sons climbing frame, (which was around 150kg of wooden pieces on a pallet) I asked if they can delivery with a van rather than a lorry as we live on a private road and with a lorry, the driver has to reverse 15-20meter. I was assured that it will be a van on a Friday. So we made sure, that we both will be at home just in case if we need to help unloading. The delivery did not arrive, I did not get a phone call to rearrange. Then suddenly on Monday a 12t lorry turned up, I was alone with my 2 years old son as my husband was sleeping after a night shift. The driver was unable to reverse 15-20meter. He made me wake my husband up and then made him take our car to the main road, and load up our car with the wooden bits causing health and safety issue, otherwise he would have not delivered our order. He was unhelpful and incapable of doing his job. FYI I just saw a 12t lorry reversing down our road 50meter without any issue...

No idea what they're like for logistics but at 11:00 on 2/12/2022 the driver of vehicle Salvatori Logistics vehicle VRM EK20VKE clearly drove down a narrow road incorporating a busy unprotected cycle path (Avenue Road, NW8) in a fully loaded cab+trailer (a load of steel on the back) while quite clearly using a mobile phone rather than focussing on the road. They drove past typing into the phone, stopped at the lights while continuing to use the phone and then drove round the corner onto Prince Albery Road- still typing away on the phone. Disgusting manner in which to drive and represent what may otherwise be a good company.

Absolute shambles of a company. After waiting 3 days over delivery date only 1 of 2 pallets arrived. Tracking was updated every day to say it was loaded on different vehicle. Still awaiting pallet 2 of 2. Lady on the phone also told me that they have been so busy the drivers are using smaller vehicles aswell so being over there dri ING hours is not highlighted

After years of taking my money and us being very reasonable at every frequent mistake their end, the final straw is them loosing £1000 worth of goods back in August and refusing to pay out even the net cost value!!

TOOK MY MONEY TO DO THE JOB! TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE JOB.

I suspect theft and that the owners and directors are aware it's happening and don't care!

It was quite busy when I arrived so had to wait about 30 minutes to be moved down to the loading area but once I was there it only took the loader about 30 minutes to load 32 packs 👍 spoke to a few of the salvatori drivers and had a good laugh with them... cheers guys
