We used Howden Bathroom Company for our new home last July. When we purchased the property a new bathroom was on the cards. Unfortunately this came sooner than planned after we found a leak after living in the property for just a short time. Andy came to the house to get measured up and spoke through some initial ideas with us. He really listened to what we wanted from our space and quickly produced 3 unique designs for us to use as a starting point. Once we had made the decision on layout we were able to use their advice to pin point the fittings we wanted.
We felt confident with their knowledge the the leak we had found would be fixed and with the guarantee we feel very comfortable using them to prevent this happening in the future.
Adam was our bathroom fitter and he was an extremely hard worker. He worked full days to get the bathroom finished in the timescale planned. The floor he laid is excellent, the tiles are perfect and he really listened for little requests that came along the way.
Everyone in the company went above and beyond, we would highly recommend them to anyone who would like high quality service, fitting and finish.
We are now in a position to move onto our kitchen renovation and wouldn’t go anywhere else but their partner company HOB for this. We will be a returning customer whenever we can use this company. Excellent

The team at THBC recently fitted a completely new bathroom for me. They were the only company I found who actually listened to what I wanted and then made it possible. When I say a completely new bathroom that's exactly what it turned out to be. Not only a new layout with new sanitaryware but when Adam pulled out the old fittings, it quickly became clear that repairs were needed to pipework, plaster, ceiling and floor as well. All this was explained very clearly and undertaken calmly and methodically. Step by step Andy's design took shape. I now have a beautiful, easy to clean bathroom and no worries. I thoroughly recommend this company if you need someone to listen to your needs, produce a creative design and work considerately in your home - all at an excellent price too! Thanks to all!

If you are looking for a new bathroom then you have just finished your search for the company you wish you could find!
Andy who did our design, actually listened without trying to pressure us into materials and furniture which are the most lucrative for them.
Instead of telling us what was not possible, he did his utmost to provide the bathroom we wanted.
Then comes the fitting...
When they come, they remove your old bathroom and the first job is to remedy any faults found before commencing new fitment.
The fitter's attention to detail is second to none. Nothing is done unless it is done right!
Any queries are immediately and professonally addressed.
The work ethic of this company is superb and very refreshing, providing a one year no quibble warranty, you can employ without worry.

Excellent experience right from our initial meetings with Andy at our house and then at the showroom to the actual renovation. James and Curtis along with the trades that were brought in (plasterer, decorator etc) were so professional and a pleasure to have in our home! It was good to be able to discuss each stage with them and make any changes we needed to. They kept us updated to make sure it was all going the way we wanted. They were so tidy too - left everything spotless each day as they finished. The end result is very high quality and looks just fantastic. We would not hesitate to use THBC again and to recommend them. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job.
