Outstanding experience from start to finish & a showroom that is out of this world! The staff (in particular Iain) were enthusiastic & very knowledgeable, which is rare nowadays and just what were hoping to find. It certainly justified our 2+ hour drive to get there! A genuine 5 star company with 5 star showroom to boot! They will be my "go to first" in the future & can't recommend them highly enough.

The Team at Cooks & Co honestly could not be more helpful. I highly recommend Cooks & Company. After difficulties in finding the Miele induction hob I was considering, anywhere in stock, I rang their technical helpline to ask a few questions (so many models).These were knowledgeably answered. Hob in stock and at a competitive price, so I then ordered it online late that afternoon (Sat). Delivered 7:00am only 3 days later by very friendly helpful guys who unpacked hob with us to assure that hob was in perfect condition. Will definitely buy here again.

Fantastic service. After a kitchen refit, we bought all our Miele appliances from Cooks and Company. They were very knowledgeable and tipped us off that some appliances we had chosen were being discontinued, advising on suitable replacements. I have now just ordered further appliances for the laundry room, which they are delivering the same week!
