The new staff at bacup Howdens are incredible compared to the other local Howdens I have been to them all locally, even Jjo's and other joinery/kitchen an bedroom suppliers, I was once dealing with the haslingden Howdens, then i went to the bacup one because i got told they always have decent stock in. Yeah they wasn't wrong the warehouse man was fast efficient and not only that he was polite and knew his products, the staff in the offices and the counter very welcoming, polite and they are a great team seems like a family thats when you know where you want your money to go to !!I have already swapped my account over to the bacup one! Ready for the big SALE!

I was after a kitchen wall unit to go in my utility room to match the boiler housing and the original supplier of my kitchen quoted me an absolutely ridiculous price. I got in touch with Howdens with my measurements and got really lucky in color matching my fitted cupboard doors to one that Howdens supply. It's a perfect match..! From ordering to delivery, the customer service i received and the customer experience I had was absolutely flawless. I will definitely recommend Howdens and I think there may be a few more orders coming in when I show my neighbours on social media. A Massive thank you to Lauren Hardman who guided me through the process and provided me with all the information I needed. The wife is very happy! Happy wife Happy Life!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Steve and the team at the Howdens Bacup store for going above and beyond to help me out with a kitchen and some other items that i urgently required due to the original order i placed with B & Q arriving damaged and other items lost which then threatened to really delay our project and plans as you can imagine!.

Steve and the team quickly helped to pick up the pieces gave me exactly what items i needed and at a better price with the added bonus of no stress. The units we ordered came pre built which saved so much time and labour costs and Steve even kindly dropped the kitchen off at our door at very short notice!

The customer service provided is the best i have personally ever experienced and Howdens Bacup will now be my number one choice for all future projects. Keep up the fantastic work guys and girls it is not going unnoticed a massive WELL DONE SERIOUSLY IMPRESSIVE!!

Just had our kitchen delivered and wanted to thank everyone at the Bacup branch. Everyone is so friendly and very professional.
