We bought our hot tub in 2021 and haven’t looked back since, the guys were fantastic when they delivered and installed it and the after care service is also great, so when we bought our lodge we went straight back to them and ordered the same (but updated) version of ours. They delivered it and installed it, again fantastic service. We would highly recommend them as a company, always very friendly and hopeful.

We had been looking around for a while for a new vanity unit and toilet fitting for our bathroom and were struggling until we went to Bubbles. The showroom is full of ideas and different layouts but there is no high pressure salesmanship. You can wander around until you need help. We settled on what we liked and Mark was happy to get some colour swatches from the manufacturer so that we could make the right colour choice. once we sorted that, the rest was easy. A date was arranged for fitting Danny turned up exactly as required. The fitting was very professional and they tidied up completely before they left. Unfortunately the toilet flush got stuck the first time we used it but a quick phone call and Danny was back to fix it. He had to fit a temporary one and take broken one back to the shop but he did that and returned the day after with a new one. Great service from a great local company with the emphasis on making sure that you get what you want. Thank you to Mark and the team at Bubbles.

Just had a hot tub and bbq from.bubbles, all the team were excellent and very helpful and took time to talk to us. Having our main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet totally renovated seemed like a daunting project, but Mark was so patient and helpful when we were choosing everything- and there was plenty of choice!
He paid great attention to detail and was happy to give advice and answer questions both before and while the work was in progress.
The fitters - Danny and his team were great, friendly, professional and helpful. They worked around us as much as possible and the whole job went smoothly.
We’re very happy with the end results and would highly recommend Bubbles - excellent products and customer service.

We called in to see if we could get the dimensions of the lip of a Mira shower base as we had searched on Google for a supplier. This is because we have been planning a new bathroom for a while and this was part of our research. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed our requirements and alternatives (some of which I was unaware of). When they knew I was planning to do the work myself, Mark talked me through some of the things I needed to watch out for to ensure I did a good job. We have been to a number of other bathroom showrooms and although the staff at these other places had been very helpful, none gave this amount of assistance.
My wife and I decided we would order the parts we needed from Bubbles, due to the help and confidence they had given us. They told me they would order the parts first thing on the Monday, after the weekend. During the weekend I double checked the parts we had purchased and found I had made an error in the length of shower screen I required. I phoned up about 20 minutes after they opened to discuss my error. The parts had already been ordered (as they said they would), but it was not a problem as they just put them on hold at my request. Mark said he would take the dimensions of a vanity unit we had ordered as I needed that to be certain of the correct size of screen I required. He phoned back after a short time with the dimensions. He is going to discuss the best solution when I have taken dimensions of the rest of the bathroom.
Nothing has been too much trouble for them. It has been a pleasure dealing with Bubbles and we will certainly be back for any other requirements we have in the future. Thank you Bubbles.
