Design Time have just designed and installed three bathrooms for us. The whole team were very easy to work with and we have been delighted with the service they have provided. Ashley took on board all our requirements and provide invaluable advice during the decision-making process. Paul arranged everything very efficiently. We were extremely impressed with friendliness and expertise of both Kevin and Ian who carried out the installation. They kept us informed at all stages, were very accommodating , neat, friendly and respectful as well as completing the works within the timescales promised. Thank you! We are now enjoying our new bathrooms and would highly recommend using Design Time.

So glad we chose DesignTime for our kitchen project. The whole installation process was managed by Paul who gave us a detailed install plan with dates which were (in the main) stuck to. Where changes were necessary he just dealt with it and kept us informed. Special shout out to Craig who was outstanding. His craftsmanship went way beyond a kitchen fitter, he is a carpenter of the highest order. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Mark understood our requirements and provided a design which reflected this. In addition, any ideas we had were discussed using Mark’s vast experience in kitchen design which were improved upon and included where possible. As part of the design discussion, any questions we had between meetings with Mark were always answered with the communication from everyone being second to none which was reassuring.

The handover from design with Mark to installation with Paul was seamless with Paul managing the process including liaising with our builders (Who have also been amazing) and has been patient with a couple of follow-up queries not related to the design or installation but something we have thought of after and again answering any queries we have had.

Craig was efficient and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. He also came up with some additional little details which added to the finishing touch.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen design and installation from Design Time and words cannot express our thanks to Mark (Designer), Paul (Installations Manager), Craig (Fitter) and Pete (Flooring) and not forgetting Blake who is always a delight to meet.

Overall, the team at Design Time which also includes Ashlea who we also met on a couple of occasions were wonderful to work with and cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to come back to them for anything in the future. Thank you all, once again.

Went to Design Time as we had used them previously for a bathroom. We knew what we wanted but wanted someone to redesign our kitchen. Connie came back to us with several ideas and finishes which we then agreed on. The finished kitchen looks absolutely fabulous. From start to finish they kept us informed and the team of builders, plumbers, electricians etc were all very good and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them for any works.

We used Designtime to design and complete the installation of three bathrooms in our house. We would like to start by saying a big thank you to Ashlea. Her communication throughout the project from the initial consultation to completion was superb. Ashlea's lengthy knowledge of manufacturers and products were invaluable during the design and decision making process as was her guidance for best use of space. She also had a great eye for interior design.
We felt nothing was too much trouble, particularly during last minute changes and she was always on hand throughout the project.
We were extremely impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of both Kevin and Ian who carried out the installation. They were both excellent communicators, tidy and respectful workers. The finish of all three bathrooms was of a very high standard and we are over the moon with the outcome. We would highly recommend Designtime without any hesitation.
