I needed some minor work doing to our kitchen 5 years after installation, through no fault of theirs; John was very responsive and Richard came round and made the necessary adjustments with skill and expertise . There was no charge for the work despite the time that had passed! They are a great company and I can strongly recommend them.

I highly recommend John and his team. They have now done my kitchen and 2 bedrooms. They are all absolutely fantastic. John’s attention to detail when planning my rooms has been excellent. Then also Richard’s attention to detail and superb workmanship when installing is second to none. I am extremely pleased with all my rooms. My kitchen deserves particular mention because it’s such a beautiful space now and also so fabulous to use with lots of worktop and loads of cupboard space. The kitchen installation from gutting the old one, to rewiring, replumbing and fitting was like clockwork.

From the start to the finish out experience working with Mother Hubbard has been extremely positive. Richard & John invested significant time to ensure they had an exact and precise understanding of our needs. The design was outstanding, transforming our kitchen space like the Tardis in Dr. Who. The build that followed was planned and executed well with seamless transitions between the various trades. All minor issues were taken in their stride and resolved promptly always to our satisfaction. The result is stunning. John and Richard are some of the most experienced and professional kitchen designers I've met and it's been a pleasure dealing with them for almost 20 years and 2 incredible kitchens. We've just ordered our second kitchen from them and their help has been invaluable in making difficult decisions easier. The showroom is well worth a visit for inspiration and a feel for how things will turn out like compared to our efforts at home to colour match and tie in different themes. Highly recommended.

The process for our new kitchen and utility room was brilliant from beginning to end. We gave Richard a brief and then worked with him to get the perfect design. After working out the details and having them manage the whole thing they got to work. Their installer Richard was very detail oriented and did a great job, as did all the other trades they brought in. We can’t be happier with the finished product. It’s a 30 year kitchen we’ll enjoy every day.
