Couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. The PAD team (we dealt with various people including Libra, Victoria and Mandy) were incredible throughout every stage of the process. They really helped put our ideas into reality and gave very creative and practical advice. The work was part of a bigger project and the PAD team were very understanding and adaptable with dealing with various delays (not of their making) and storage at very last minute notice. When it came to the fitting the team did an excellent job and Victoria was great at pivoting when inevitably the main contractor let us down.

My partner and I were so excited to work with PAD. From the initial design meetings everything was great. They had good attention to detail and really gave us the time needed. However, when installation came that’s where things started to fall apart. The biggest issue being our project manager was on leave during installation. No other PAD member was assigned to us during this time and we were having to liaise with the installer directly, which in itself was a difficult process. This means there was no project management for installation which resulted in miscommunication between the installers and my builder. It was extremely frustrating not having any support then. After this and still remaining with issues post installation, it seems conversation we have in person are then changed after the fact in email. I would definitely recommend them for design and materials but get your own installer that you might as well project manage yourself.

Excellent company

Our experience with PAD kitchens has been exceptional. It was wonderful to have a kitchen designer talk you through all the options, recommend various options and guide the decision-making process. Any changes were gladly incorporated and updated drawings shared. Thank you, Libra, for your guidance.
The fitters were great all overseen by project manager Victoria who liaised with our builders as a few tweaks were needed. Any subsequent issues or snags with the kitchen were dealt with swiftly by Victoria. The cabinets are good quality and should last a long-time. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with PAD and would highly recommend them. Our kitchen looks exactly like the drawings, and I love it!
