What a delight to have discovered LVB. My entire experience with them was faultless. Truly professional, efficient, knowledgable and communicative. When faced with repair issues, customer service is usually lacklustre at best but Bobbi demonstrated competence in a genuine and friendly manner. I highly recommend Little Venice Bathrooms. I stumbled on a gem. I had been looking for a Cover Plate for my toilet for over a year as there was no make on it. I was expertly advised by Bobbi on how to find the make on my system. She sourced it in a day and gave me a good price on the part. What wonderful friendly competent service.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Was looking for a Quooka tap, for boiling and carbonated water.

Bobbi went over and above in researching, answering questions,

Absolutely second to none level of service!

Jas and her team listened so intently to our ideas, some of which were quite off the wall and not the easiest to achieve. However these guys held our hand throughout the whole process, problems were contained and didn’t get blown out of proportion, they steered us to the completion and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. They introduced us to some beautiful products which were thrilled with.
