Absolute joke.
I took half a day off today just to visit this showroom because we thought that their vanity unit would suit for our bathroom well.

After a 2 hours trip, I arrived around 2 PM only to find the door locked. We rang the bell, no answer. We called, no answer.

I could see that all the lights were still on, but I guess they don't want to sell their products ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’ll give 2 stars since I didn’t make an appointment, though who would expect a showroom would require one?
Overall, a big disappointment.

Visited the showroom last week, didn't realise i needed an appointment but was kindly let in and shown around by Katie. Good selection and well displayed with followed with placing an order with my local fitter.

I placed an order for a Duravit vanity unit in July. I was told in September there was an issue with a drawer so they had to send it back.
I asked for the duravit vanity unit to still be delivered to finish my bathroom, even though a drawer was missing.
Part of the drawer was then delivered in October but the front was still missing so was useless.
End of January I am still waiting for the drawer to be delivered. It’s been 6 months since my order and I still have no certainty as to when I will get the drawer.
Duravit may be good quality but their follow up and customer relationship are very very disappointing. I will not buy again Duravit.

We went yesterday on recommendation of my bathroom designer. The shop assistant was very unfriendly. Clearly didn’t want us there, it put us off. Went to West One a few doors down and found what we need and with lovely service.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a D-Neo freestanding tub, only to find on installation that there was a leak in the overflow. We contacted Duravit and after several exchanges, they insisted after seeing a photo and a description of the issue that it was not a manufacturing defect. We asked if they would come on site to review and they refused. They asked us to provide a video - not a practical ask with a 100kg tub filled with water and lifted 5cm to demonstrate in situ in a small bathroom. As a "gesture of goodwill", they offered to replace the tub, but we were responsible for any labor costs (double labor as we had to fit the tub twice), as this was not a product defect(!!!). Even after messaging the UK MD, he was insistent of the same. Their products may look great, but their warranty is just words, and their customer service isn't worth the hassle, as clearly - the customer is not at the heart of their service. Shop elsewhere.

My toilet seat dampers have failed, Duravit want me to find Builder Depots internal order to them for the warranty claim. As you can imagine this is proving difficult to obtain, I think it is ploy not to repair the fault.

They also wanted me to replace the dampers once I find the internal order details. Premium price but not premium service.

Disappointed!
