We have just had an our bathroom completed by Gary and his great team at Vanity by Design Ltd. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom. All aspects of the work was done to a very high standard, including removing all our old pipe work and replacing with new, and moving the position of our toilet which has made a great difference to the illusion of space in the room. The fittings supplied were also high quality products. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated the friendly advice to help us get the most from our new bathroom . We would certainly recommend Vanity by Design to family and friends and anyone else considering having their bathroom redesigned. Once again, Many Thanks Gary and the team 😀

Having undertaken a large, new build project with four bathrooms and a WC, I found the thought of having to design the bathrooms rather daunting. A friend of mine recommended Vanity by Design and after having viewed her bathrooms I decided to pay their showroom a visit. I was not disappointed! Their friendliness and expertise is second to none; nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. They were always at the end of the phone answering all my queries at any time (including weekends and evenings). More importantly the final product is spectacular. The class of bathrooms is simply the best and after showing family and friends around the house, upon entering the bathrooms they have all said, “Wow”. We are very pleased with the work carried out by Vanity and impressed with Gary and the team.

From initial design and pricing, through to site survey and planning, and then installation, the team carried out the work on time and to budget. Vanity have good professionals across plumbing, electrical, tiling (wall & flooring) and painting and each phase was planned and coordinated efficiently. Minor changes were also accommodated.

Each day the team ensured carpets and flooring were protected and cleared away at the end of the working day – very tidy.

Overall very happy with the new ensuite.

The projects were completed within the time limits set by the CEO of Vanity. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. Not the company they once were. The product and fitting is good but the aftercare is non-existent. All you get is "we'll get back to you" and they never reply despite us constantly chasing. It's only a simple little thing we've needed doing but Lisa never responds.
