Gavin, Mark and Mike have transformed my 20 year old monstrosity in the most fantastic space.

They are all so easy to have in the house. They think each process through before they start which eliminates things going wrong and tweaks having to be made.

Their attention to detail is phenomenal. Having had 2 extensions and a kitchen refit, I can say that this bathroom remodel has been the best, friendliest and smoothest. It’s a tricky room to be without as we only have a downstairs loo. It was also a tricky room to get right. But they have. It’s perfect.

I hope it comes across how pleased we are. Thank you Gavin. And thanks to Mark and Mike too. What a team.

Happy to recommend Gavin & his colleagues - worked non stop, always tidied up at end of working day, kept informed of progress at all times. Very happy with finish. Fully tiled floor, roll top bath/shower/tiling around bath area & panelling - separate toilet area with new bifold door, sink. Totally trustworthy - could go to work knowing Gavin would lock up everywhere before leaving.
